Best buy price matched the phone which was a plus for getting it and the phone was a great deal for the price who need's to pay for a $800 phone when u can get a decent named brand prepaid for a quater of the price

The J7 doesn't have the same set up as the J1. I am not crazy with how big it is. I also am not happy I didn't have more choices since 16GB doesn't fit many apps. They shouldn't preinstall apps and use my space for things I'll never use

I feel that the price for this phone was a bit high at around $140 but overall performance has been good. although some times it has had some screen residual imaging problems but if I shut it off it comes back on just fine

I really appreciate the build quality of this phone. The speaker is so so, but i enjoy the placement of the speaker as an added bonus. It is on the top half of the phone pointing out. Most phones have the speaker on the bottom back, this one has it on the side.

Great phone especially for a pre pay. It's my first "larger" phone and having arthritis in my hands and fingers I can't use with one hand at all so it took some getting used to. Love all the things it can do !

Needed a Verizon prepaid smart phone without the S8 price. Great phone! Big 5.5" screen that is bright and vivid. Camera takes good pictures with just a small lag with shutter speed. Would defiantly recommend.

Works well and does smartphone like things. Videos can be 1080 or atleast 720 so it’s good. It did start to slow down after a couple months though. Storage is okay if you don’t have too much stuff.

Great no contract phone & the lowest price at best buy only

Purchased this as a temporary backup and this phone ended up working even better than my previous phone. For the price this is a solid Samsung phone. The touch responsiveness is really good similar to a Galaxy S7

$$ well spent. Samsung phones don't disappoint and are tough to beat for the price! John Handcock Center store phone rep was very good too. Great, wonderful store experience so if you are in the area stop in.

Works good for an old guy that is not that good with technology. Was not comfortable with Apple as it is not geared for novices.

Bought this new Android cellphone for my wife with Verizon prepaid service. So far she loves it. Both the phone and Verizon service have been great. Much better than her old phone and service provider.

it does what I need it to do. Needs more memory though but I guess we can't be too choosy, i do think it is over priced. I do not know if the rating affects the rep so I will rate a five star for her.

Really like Samsung Galaxy phones, especially prepaid and this phone holds up to everything I need it for. Android operating system is great and the updates automatically update.

Great phone for price point, lots of stuff (some useful, some not), nice screen resolution.

This Samsung GalaxyJ7 phone provides the needed service that the J3 phone did not. Good buy for prepaid phone.
