This is my first smart phone, an upgrade from my old Samsung flip phone. This phone is loaded with features that are easy to use, even for a 70 plus year old senior. The Best Buy associate was great in getting the phone activated and set up with my old cell phone number.

Not a bad phone for the money. Little bit quicker than my samsung s6 that took a dump on me after 3 years. Bought this phone because I need a phone quick. For the price it's a great phone. Just need phone cases at the store so you can protect it as soon as you buy it.

I gave four instead of five stars because the recent apps and back button are on the phone instead of the screen. I constantly hit them, especially when I’m playing games. I’m an Apple user for my iPads and iPods so I’m still adapting to getting use to using Samsung’s system but I’m enjoying my new cellphone. I did have a problem when I turned on my phone. It said device error, phone still locked, it also said I needed to return the phone to the store I purchased it from to activate it. So I called customer service to have them activate it over the phone. I gave the representative the activation number on the bottom of the box, after she activated the phone she told me to turn the phone on and off. This didn’t work so we tried again a few times then she put me on hold to find a solution. When she came back she told me I had to go to the store or they could send me a new one, I opted to go to the store. I decided to do a factory reset because I had set a lock code and signed into my google account. When it came back on low and behold it was unlocked. So if anyone gets this error, try doing a factory reset so you don’t have to make an unnecessary trip.

They have great features. They are definitely a step up from the Samsung Galaxy S4 my husband had and Samsung Galaxy S5 that I had. Mine just seem to have a few bugs. That is the luck of the draw I guess.
