Other than wishing it came with more storage, this phone is pretty awesome. I replaced my broken one with exact same model because I liked it.

Associates at Best Buy helped switch my phone and transferred all my contact info onto new phone. Phone is quick on internet and hotspot works good. All good so far.

The Samsung Samsung is a good size to avoid dropping. The phone is very user friendly and clear sounding speaker.

This phone is appropriately sized, excellent camera, extremely clear audio, and priced fairly. Accessories are widely available.

This phone replaced my old Samsung Galaxy S4. My S4 was a trooper, but I could tell it was slow when opening and running apps. My new J7 rocks! It has a fast processor and lots of RAM. My apps now open at the speed of light. Well worth the upgrade. Best Buy even gave me a gift card for trading in my S4, even cooler. My only gripe, albeit minor, is that the J7 doesn't have a blinking LED to show me when messages are available. But I can live without it for getting a strong smartphone at a low price.

This phone is great for every use, mega pixels are good and great on memory too

We purchased this phone as a second phone fur my husband to use for his real estate career. Was easy to set up. So far it has worked well for his needs.

I like this phone because it is so easy navigate the apps etc. The battery life is exceptional. I gave my I-phone away.

So I went off the reviews of others here because my almost 4yr old (yes I keep my phones long, don't need the new every year..lol) phone died. It was between this and the Moto, and I have to say, I really love this phone, definitely a few steps up from my old. I'm not a phone snob, I don't need it to do much, but this is much easier to use than my old one and love how clear it is. My old phones battery lasted longer though, but good phone, you won't be disappointed.

After learning how to operate it, I finding it to be easy to use and takes great pics.

Being a first time smart phone buyer, I have found the Samsung Galaxy J7 to be very easy to use. Follow the instructions in the manual that comes with the phone and you should have no problems with this fun phone. You can also tap the help prompt on your phone and it will take you through each step of the phones' capabilities. Esperanza, at the Apple Valley store in Calif. was especially helpful and patient in helping me with my purchase. Thanks, Esperanza!

This phone works great. Larger screen so I dont have to squint. Takes great photos.

Sometimes caller say that they have trouble hearing me but other than that it has been a great phone.

It's ok. It doesn't have near the customization that my Galaxy S5 had. it is a Samsung so it does have Swype technology. I couldn't text without that. It's awkward to get to things I want. I can't seem to put a direct link on the screens but have to go through another link first. I can't move or get rid of the icons it comes with on the screen they are assigned to. Not fond of the messaging but think that is a Verizon thing. This is my first time with Verizon. Not impressed so far. The phone was mostly useless for the first two days as everytime I picked it up, it needed to do another update! Sometimes from Samsung and sometimes from Verizon and at least once from Google. That seems excessive for a new phone. Biggest pet peeve so far is that there are NO visual indicators! I'm used to a light if I have missed a call or gotten a message. There is no way of knowing on this one until you wake it up and look at the screen. If I used as much data with this one as I'm used to on my old phone/regular plan, it would end up costing me more per month. But by turning off the data and only using WiFi this will be about half as much per month. Text and calls are unlimited so I guess they make their money by making you buy a prepaid card of at least $30 with so little data it is a joke and then making that card good for only 30 days - whether you use it or not. So guess you could say that you get a decent smartphone for a really cheap price and then figure it is $30 a month for unlimited voice and text. But it has NO international calls. (my old provider gave me both Canada and Mexico at no extra cost) Would I recommend, it depends on what someone needs. I rarely use my phone for anything but texting and Google Maps so it will be ok for that. I don't play games, listen to music or watch movies on it. I would go with the Galaxy and not a pre-paid if I needed all of that or if I needed Canada/Mexico calling ability.

I love this phone! I had it through a different carrier for over a year but I'm now changing over to Verizon. I wouldn't have done it if I couldn't have this phone!
