Okay, so, there was an error getting my iPhone 17 Pro and I was stuck in Best Buy for like 3 hours while my Verizon rep tried to figure out the issue. Once he did, I got my 17 Pro for basically half off with my trade in. Verizon did any condition trade ins, so I traded in my broken 13 Pro Max. I like the 17 Pro a lot better. The Verizon service? It’s pretty good, no complaints.

Verizon has been dependable for me with strong coverage in most places I go and consistent call quality. Data speeds are usually fast enough for streaming and navigation, and overall service has been reliable. The only downside is the cost—plans can be pricey and fees add up—so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If coverage and reliability matter most, Verizon is a good choice.

It was a smooth transition to buy phone from best buy. My husband wanted to get it from best buy to take advantage of the cc offered. I love that they have that option and you can pay it off early without any fees unlike if you get it from verizon
