A funny but very dark show. The story was fun, I would recommend this.

I was hyped for this show bc EASTBOUND AND DOWN is my favorite tv show of all time. The Danny McBride Jody Hill David Gordon Green trifecta of talent and unique sense of humor has always hit me just right. There comedy style matches my sense of humor more than anything else ive ever come across. And while its not for everyone, the people that it IS for will hold this shows humor in extremely high regard. If ur not easily offended and are able to see the humor in the lunacy of these characters pathetic yet sweetly entertaining day to day lives, then this gets my highest recommendation for you to check it out, preferably in a binge watch. Danny McBride has truly done it again with Vice Principals.

Read the cover and back of the DVD. Notice the actors involved. Then think about your principles ALL The way back in highschool, or middle school, or heck, pre-school. Cant remember that far? too bad! Just know that they were all probably boring, annoying, goofy or just plain sad. This series aims to make it all better! And that Aim is what drove me to purhcase it for a friend as a christmas gift. A friend that had a lot of issues with principles in his past.

If you're a Danny McBride fan (and I most certainly am), you're in for a treat. This has got to be one of the funniest shows I've seen in a while. It's southern fried evil, and I loved every minute of it. Walton Goggins is unexpectedly hilarious, and his interactions with his Korean mother-in-law are priceless. After this and "Eastbound and Down", McBride can do no wrong in my book. He's a demented genius!!!

If you were a fan of Eastbound and Down, as I was, you are pretty much guaranteed to enjoy Vice Principals as well. For a mere 30 minute comedy, the story moves along quite quickly, with plenty of twists and turns to keep it interesting. Great supporting cast, too-- and I was pleasantly surprised with Walton Goggins' comedy performance-- he's a very funny man. I can't recommend this show enough!

If you are a fan of Danny McBride movies/shows or not, this series is worth the watch. The show is filled with funny and cringe worthy moments throughout but you wont be able to take your glance off of the screen. Each episode is funnier than the last, and they have re-watchablility so its a perfect series to own. Also the blu ray pack includes ultraviolet digital hd copy of the show.

I bought this show as an impulse buy because I really like both actors who are the starts.The show is about two vice principals who hate one another because they both want the principal job but form an alliance when someone else gets the job. I laughed all the way throughout the whole first season, I cant wait for season 2.

This show is very funny, has elements of Office Space in it, but really is like a sequel to Eastbound and Down. Danny McBride is a vice principal at a high school vying for the top position when the principal retires, and Walton Goggins is his rival (and is criminally underrated as a comedic actor, in my opinion). All in all, it’s worth a watch.

This is one of if not the funniest shows on television right now. Danny McBride is hilarious in anything and Walton Goggins is great because his character is so different from everything else I've seen him in. This show is worth watching.

Too many modern television series are being released only on DVD, which is a shame since they are now filmed and broadcast in HD. Fans of EASTBOUND AND DOWN and THE FOOT FIST WAY should love this series. Comedy gold.

Danny McBride does it again with his newest HBO show vice principals. More of a dark comedy than his previous outing, Eastbound and Down, but equally as enjoyable. Funny plot with a solid cast.

Great price for the whole season and it came with the digital copy. I also like having the the disc set because it has hilarious extras that you won't see anywhere else.

Funny, beyond inappropriate but wish schools were like this! Can't wait for season 2 to become available. Highly recommend if you have an inappropriate funny bone.

A fantastic follow up to Eastbound and Down, this show is a perfect example of adults behaving like children while still exposing the root of that behavior. Great stuff.

I went into this show thinking Walton Coggins wasn't great, but he has outdone himself here. Danny shines as always, but I think this is a great pairing. I'm sad to learn this is only getting 3 seasons.

binge watch this one, great characters with little in the way of moral behavior makes it funny and asks the question, does this happen in your high school??

I was a huge fan of Eastbound and Down. This is a little more toned down, but still great. I am sad they will not be releasing the second season on bluray.

Although the show isn't completely realistic, it does show how petty and childish adults can be at work. This is a great show and I highly recommend getting this.
