This is a nicely built console and looks really good. It's solid, heavy and doesn't seem cheap at all. I got it half off on sale so I think it was a decent value but I wouldn't pay full price for it. At 80W I wasn't expecting a lot of power but I thought it would sound better. It can be a little tinny sounding. I played music through a bluetooth connection from my phone which sounded worse than a connected tape player via RCA connection.
My biggest disappointment in it is that I bought it because it has two USB inputs. I mistakenly assumed I could attach my USB output turntable and USB output tape deck. The only thing it will play from USB is a memory stick with music pre-loaded on it. It does not recognize the attached USB components. It has a HDMI port so I suppose if you used it as a TV stand you could skip a soundbar and run your TV sound through it but I don't think it has much better sound than your TV speakers likely have.

I really wanted this to sound incredible, instead I can get better sound from my cellphone up against a tin can. Seriously, I will be returning this. All the buttons are on the BACK so if you don't want to use the remote you have to move the cabinet away from the wall to turn the volume up or turn the unit off. If you need to plug anything into you must move it away from the wall. The plugs and switches could have easily been mounted inside the cabinet to make it easier to actually use. If the sound quality wasn't so horrible I would have MAYBE kept it but I still would have been incredibly dissatisfied with it.

I had a bit of a hard time syncing it with my vinyl player. Sometimes even the pairing via bluetooth is a hit or miss. I still like it in my living room, though. Somewhat nostalgic
