Great appearance and features,disappointing sound

Cabinet made of pressed cardboard/paper covered with vinyl to look like wood but renders a poor acoustical sound. No tone or acoustic adjustment, tiny speakers in a large impressive cabinet, so disappointing. Returned.

Horrible company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the ideal Christmas gift for my boyfriend then suddenly the turn table stop working. I called the customer service number and got a voicemail which has never happened before. I received a call back from a less than happy customer service rep who told me there was nothing they could do, despite the 1 year warranty they offer on the unit, and to just take it back to the store. It was bought less than month ago! I will never purchase from them again!!

Cool piece so so sound

Cheap record player
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace an older model we bought for an 87 year old lady to listen to her records. Arrived and looked great. Set it up and worked fine. Next day she called to say it wasn't working. Was returned and second one arrived promptly. Decided to set it up for her and test it. Sure enough by the sixth record it stopped working! DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!!!
