Th is monitor will do high refresh rates 144hz + .. great for gaming. It also uses Nvidia's GSYNC technology. With the 27" screen it is more than enough visual space for any gaming or work that you would do. The only problem is that it is quite expensive in price, however Best Buy had it the cheapest anywhere.

Worth the cost. Must used display port otherwise you sit at 59hz 1ms response

I was trying to decide between this and the Alienware 240hz 1080p screen for my 2080 FE. This monitor looks incredible next to my 4k and my Samsung QLED curved gaming monitor.

Great gaming screen. I can’t get son off of it. He is able to move screens from one computer screen to another computer screen like magic.

This is a bit outdated, view sonic has since made a new monitor of the same style. I got this one and after 3 days it developed a dead pixel, I returned it and got another of the same, it also developed a dead pixel too. I don’t know what caused this, but I just buckled and got a refund to buy the newer model

About every 5 minutes, the monitor will have a burst of white. A flicker. Very annoying. I thought it would go away over time. Tried changing HDMI ports. Still doing it. Now it's too late to return it. And, I bought this monitor over other monitors because it had built-in speakers which is convenient for everyday consuming of content and video calls w/o having to pop on my headset everytime. However, I am very disappointed with the sound quality. My older monitors with built-in speakers sound much better. This one almost sounds like the speakers were accidently wired out of phase. Very weird incoherent sound. And finally, the menu is very confusing and hard to use. The buttons are poorly spaced and makes little sense on how to use the buttons when you can't see them. Overall, this monitor is a huge disappointment. Junk. Waste of money.
