$12k for a fridge with all cheap plastic interior. Best Buy customer service is even worse. Stay away, and go with local shop.

After waiting over 25 years we finally splurged and got a new Viking refrigerator. It works great, looks good, nice shelves, easy to maintain and clean.

Keeps very tight temperature control. Has alarm if door left open, uses very little power 480 watts max. Pricy and heavy 750lb, installation requires professionals

Really great looking and high end fridge. Goes great with Viking range, special bundle package with Viking right now. Better deal than others are offering like Thermador.

received new built-in refrigerator that doesn't work. Got it checked by service, found it needs new parts (in a NEW refrigerator!). Have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for the "parts". Complained enough to get a loaner refrigerator, but why not just a new replacement?

nightmare!!!!!!!! after nearly 17 months and (3) refrigerators in & out because of damaged goods, missing parts, failed installations by third parties and bad coordination by BestBuy order finally completed.

Don't buy Viking! I just bought a $700 LG backup Frig for my garage because I can't depend on Viking! I purchased this unit a little over two years ago. Shortly afterward the ice maker went out and was covered under warranty. Soon afterward I had cracks in the plexiglass dairy product containers in the door, small thing but annoying for a $12,000 unit. I have had to replace these twice! We have no kids slamming doors or heavy use! I have had to replace 10 of the LED interior lights that keep burning out. I sent these burned out bulbs and the cracked dairy product containers to Viking for analysis and no response. Now I have another problem. The Frig freezes up and temps rise. I have to remove all the food and thaw the frig out overnight. This has happened 3 times in the last 3 months. I called Viking for an out of warranty service call and someone from Houston called and wants a $900.00 service fee! I'm 250 miles from Houston and close to San Antonio where there apparently is no Viking Service center! I have more cracked plexiglass and more burned out bulbs, and a unit that won't stay cold. Very Frustrated!
