I have not installed the fridge yet but cant wait to. Fridge looks amazing and will definitely be a focal point in the kitchen. Everything looks of great quality.

Brand new one month old The alram keep sounding, no matter what we do and now the freezer temp need to be at max Trying to get someone to look at it

Very heavy and difficult to install but one in place works well. Slightly noisy but not a big deal. Of course not cheap but it’s a custom item

Delivered as promised- excellent appliance- installed in a timely fashion

It’s taking over 3 months to get refrigerator in after I paid over 12K for the unit.

We had to replace our refrigerator with another Viking, extremely expensive. I guess that is what we have to pay for a premium appliance. One good experience was with the salespersons, they were very courteous and helpful

I purchased this unit in Dec 2020. The ice maker went out after 4 months and had it replaced under warranty. Then the clear plastic windows on the butter storage areas in the door cracked and had to be replaced. In 2022, I had 5 of the interior LED lights either burn out or were flickering. I ordered new ones which I paid for and replaced myself and were not under warranty. Now in 2023, my butter/dairy storage areas are cracked again and I just ordered 5 more lights to replace burned out ones. I have called customer service to see if this is an issue with other units, but the factory is not helpful. I thought Viking was a quality product that the company would stand behind, but they are not. Its just me and my wife, so this unit isn't heavily used. I would not recommend purchasing this refrigerator.

I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE REFIGERATOR. Viking IS A GREAT PRODUCT. IT WAS THE PERFECT SIZE AND WAS FAIRLY EASY TO ORDER

Compressor did break once already after 5 years, Light bulbs have gone out and are quite expensive and the ice sometimes has grey flecks in it.

I bought my Viking professional fridge at Best Buy. They buying experience was terrific. I wish I could say the same for the fridge. Over the first 12-18 months I had several calls on the unit. At some point Viking declared it a lemon and replaced the entire fridge with a new one. Great service. With my second one in place it ran fine but I have 3 incidents where plastic door/drawer faces crack for no reason. In calling Viking the first two times they were sent out with a smile. Then it appears Viking has turned over support to a third party that handles several brands. This past time, nothing by unanswered calls and "i dont knows'. They said they dont know about a manufacturing flaw or engineering issue as they are only a service arm. There is clearly quality issues with this brand and now service has gone south. Id never buy another Viking product.

Viking refrigerators are not worth what they cost! While they are known for making ranges they should have never got into manufacturing refrigerators. Have had several technicians come out during the warranty. We knew that the refrigerator would fail immediately after the warranty expired and that is exactly what happened. The technicians would get the appliance repaired but it would only last a few months each time. I’ve never had refrigerators fell over and over again within the first few years. Unfortunately, I did not do the research about Viking until after purchasing our expensive side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The company failed to reimburse us for spoiled food or for the repair or replacement of the refrigerator immediately after the warranty even though we had warned the company that it would happen time and time again. Our Viking refrigerator was a nightmare!

Delivery and install was a nightmare through Best Buy but the worst of all is now after only having this refrigerator for about 3 years both the refrigerator and the freezer have stopped cooling to the correct temperature. I can’t even wrap my mind around this, for the amount of money we paid, do not waste your money on this piece of crap refrigerator. I thought for certain that we added maintenance and repair but come to find out, Best Buy did not and now trying to find anyone that works on Vikings in Northern Ohio has been another nightmare. I’m so disappointed in best buy and Viking… stop called this a premium brand… it is not.

The large refrigerator we bought had to be shipped from CA to HI, which was fine and understood. However, store staff was great helping us when the mainland Support Center called us wanting to cancel the order because “the warehouse” thought it was hopelessly lost in transit. We went back to the store, where staff found the unit and rescheduled the installation, which was done efficiently. Thank you, Kristen, for resolving the situation. The refrigerator is exactly what we expected.

Very poor. The refrigerator does not hold the temperature. It took less than 2 years for it to break down. After getting it repaired under warranty. The problem resurfaced the following summer. The temperature maintenance unit keeps failing and ice gets formed in the Freezer. It feels like it was built in the 80s as I have not had these basic problems since my childhood days. Very poor quality and the bin trays have cheap plastic holders which are stuck on to the metal with glue, they come off if you pull the bin a little too hard. Total waste of $15000.

It was a replacement of old Sub-zero. Viking always has some promotions and we were able to get a free dishwasher. The quality of refrigerator is comparable with Sub-zero.

the most garbage $13k refrigerator ever i bought, stay away from this brand once a year doesn't fail, braking and force to throw food away

This was the best fridge I have ever had! We were able to keep a lot of food in it for a long amount of time. I recommend it a lot
