    Would rate this a 0 if I could. Horrible experience with best buy and this remote start. It seemed to be ok for the first 3 months and then one day my car wouldn't start before work. Had it towed to an autobody and then to a dealer to finally have them realize it was my remote start and not my battery. Went to best buy after having the remote start removed to explain the trouble I went through with their product and they couldn't have cared less. Absolutely terrible. You would think they could do something for me. Anything at all. The Schaumburg best buy customer service could use some training. I'll never go back there.

    This doesn't work on all vehicles, you're paying $100 just on installation. We had to take it back and then they charged us $252.00 more than before. Would not recommend and Best But Associates are rude. Installation isn't good if you're not close unless you want to make multiple trips. They won't schedule over the phone so you have to go to the store to schedule installation and back again to get installed. We returned this item.

    When its cold or below it doesnt start. I dont recommend this starter for anyone. Not worth the money.

    horrible misrepresentation of what you're getting

    I purchased this online and took it in to have it installed on my wife's car. Nowhere on the website does it say that they will need an additional $215 worth of parts to actually install. The description for what you're buying Cleary starts a remote start with the installation. Returned before I ever had it installed because of the fact that it cost more for the additional parts than the radio store next to them did the entire job for the same day. Just thought I should give others a heads up that even for a common car like the 07 civic I was trying to have it installed on there is a much higher cost associated with this than you are originally lead to believe.

    I love this remote starter. NEVER had even 1 problem with it. Just have to remember to turn the defrost on when you get out of the car the day before! Even on the coldest days my car with 163, 000 miles on it, starts right up from inside the house with the remote starter. It is a blessing when its 20 degrees out and frozen rain on your windshield to have this great product. Definitely worth the price!

    Purchased this for my wife's 2009 Nissan Murano. The system works great and the installation performed at Best Buy of Hamburg in Lexington, KY was very professional. The installation did cost about $140 more than the initial system cost, but still $700 cheaper than the dealer! When I contacted the Geek Squad, they were very upfront about the extra cost. Planning on purchasing one for my 2010 Ford F150.
