Error codes

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started getting error 702, command sent to vehicle but vehicle did not respond. Contacted Viper in reference to this issue. Was told that it’s an installation issue and that I need to go back to the place it was installed. When it works it works, but get the error message more often than I should. When I go to Best Buy to talks to the installer, there is no one there, and appliances are stacked in front of the installation area. I was told I can come back at any time if I had any issues, but there never any one there to help. Maybe one day Best Buy will have an installation technician at work that can help with this issue.
