Do not make the same mistake

This has to be the most regrettable and wasteful purchase I ever made Waste of $500ish . It just doesn’t work half the time. I follow the same steps to start the car, it works when it wants to. If someone has a manual transmission, I urge you not to make the same mistake and purchase this unit. I feel I should have donated the money . Let’s not even talk about how it took 2 months to schedule an appointment to get it installed. I’m incredibly unhappy with my purchase from every aspect. If someone from bestbuy or viper reads this, we can continue this conversation. I had a drone unit before and it worked seamlessly I’m aware the 6speed transmission is the reason why I’m having issues , but I shouldn’t be sold a unit that works whenever it wants. I follow the initiation steps and it works when it wants to.

I purchased this with the understanding that when they came off furlough, it would be installed in my vehicle. I’m still waiting.

Since the day I bought it, it has never worked the way it’s supposed to. I payed for gps remote start and I always get an error for Bluetooth not working properly. I always have to get close to my car for the remote to start my car.

Save your money!

Both the app and the remote only work if I am within 20 feet of my car. I have to go outside, open my garage, and point directly at my car in order to start it. I cannot start it from inside my house, a store, or inside my office at work. At that point I might as well have saved the time and money and should just go outside and start it because this has not been beneficial to me in any way.
