Error codes

Contacted Viper in reference to this issue. Was told that it’s an installation issue and that I need to go back to the place it was installed. When it works it works, but get the error message more often than I should. When I go to Best Buy to talks to the installer, there is no one there, and appliances are stacked in front of the installation area. I was told I can come back at any time if I had any issues, but there never any one there to help. Maybe one day Best Buy will have an installation technician at work that can help with this issue.

Alarm system works but car has issues unlockin now

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this to put a remote start and alarm system in my car, but the remote/alarm itself has too many issues where it doesn't unlock my car and I have to press the button multiple times....for how much I paid I can't deny the disappointment. Unlocking my car has been a headache and even Best Buy can't figure out what the issue is with the product, might considering getting a new system put in because of the issues I've been having. The alarm works as it should but I shouldn't have to fight to unlock my car.

Automatic starter needing a monthly plan

I didn't read the fine print where we had to sign up for a monthly plan and now use the key fob to turn it on. I had to pay for the automatic start for the fob then another 200 for this for it not to work without a plan.
