Couldn't even tell the item what's used! The phone came in good condition but the keyboard does glitch up with certain apps and that can be irritating. Other than that, very good used iPhone. Would recommend

I was searching for a used iPhone to use with Discover since they were offering 10% cash back for using Apple Pay. I searched on eBay and found the prices to be around the same as this Best Buy, so I took the chance and bought it from Best Buy. When I got the phone, I did not find a single scratch on the phone! It looks completely brand new. The Gold color is a plus as I was looking for this phone in that color anyway. Even though I am not an iPhone person (though I personally use an iPad), I might consider switching to the iPhone 7.

I was a bit reluctant to get a refurbished Iphone 6 but after about a month owning the phone, I have no issues with the phone. Its eons better than the Samsung Galaxy I use to own. The apps are launched very quickly and battery life is much better than what I was used to. While your apps can remain open in the background, they're not chewing up your battery like other phones. I chose to swipe the app off my background screen (double click home key).

first one wifi problems, returned and got a replacement, works fine, daughter happy, a little pricey for a refurb, but still better than having to buy a 'contract' phone. nice to get a 6 month 0 interest unliike buying directly from virgin or other places. considering buying one for myself.

The phone looks new, was easy to switch phones and activate w/VM and it performs flawlessly. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I'm buying my whole family one!

I have to say that we were a little leery of purchasing a pre-owned iPhone. We were actually going to purchase a pre-owned 5S, but ended up with the 6. It was a purchase for my grandson. It was a great deal and my grandson is thrilled with his new phone. I would recommend pre-owned from Best Buy!

Waited a long time for this phone. I have Virgin Mobile and finally able to get the iPhone. Wish they make readily available for non contract plans. Other than that love phone. Easy to upgrade with the right one.

I wet into the store and asked for this phone and the nice employees set me through the process of purchasing this device. It looks brand new and I love it so much. It was easy to activate and a perfect Christmas gift. No problems with it.

Both Sprint iPhone 6 received with Nano Sim card pre-installed. Virgin mobile immediately recognized the Nano Sim card serial # after entered iPhone's serial #. I only needed to confirm the Nano serial # with Virgin mobile online. Only click the ok button one time. Secret is the iPhone must be connected to your WiFi and go slow and be patient for everything to go smoothly. Once set up is done, you must shut off phone wait 5-10 minutes then turn on phone. The Sprint signal bar on the top left corner of the screen should change to Virgin. If not working, then you should triple check the WiFi connection and double check your set up. Good Luck.

We have no complaints at all about the phone. Although it is "pre-owned," it works perfectly and was completely free of blemishes. However, we were told by a Best Buy sales person on the phone that we could register the phone for Apple Care if we picked it up in the store. This turned out not to be true. The phone's warranty is only valid for one year from the original date of purchase. While we've been happy with our purchase, it's daunting to pay $400 for a phone, and then have to hope that it won't have a defect. Let the buyer beware.

This phone definitely lived up to my expectations. When compared to the iPhone 4 or 5, it is much more durable and efficient. It functions faster and works consistently without any glitches.

Was very hesitant about buying this iPhone but I took a chance anyway. The phone came in excellent condition; no scratches, blemishes, and buttons work perfectly. Activation process ran smoothly through virgin mobile's website. Overall, feels and looks like a brand new phone!

My daughter wanted to upgrade her iPhone. I have Virgin Mobile for the low month to month plan cost. They had stopped carrying iPhone for a while & then I saw the refurbished phones on Best Buy's site. This phone arrived in like new condition & works beautifully. Bottom line: happy daughter, happy wallet!

Bought for my teenage daughter for Christmas, was hesitant after reading some reviews but went for it. Phone was like brand new and after calling virgin mobile twice was able to easily get it up and running. excellent purchase

The iPhone I ordered was ready for pick up in about a week but the best part about it was the iPhone was in new condition had no scratches what so ever and also came with the charger. I am very pleased with my used iPhone.

I had doubts about actually buying this. I decided just to get it and I am so happy that I got it. It works great! I use my iPhone so much throughout the day and take pictures all the time. Yet I still have lots of storage and am not disappointed. So if you have doubts don't! You won't regret buying this phone!

its in great quality. when i tried to switch phones online it didnt let me and told me i was locked out of the icloud so i had to call virgin mobile and they got it set up right away.
