Easy install in Windows7, supports dual monitors

I purchased a new i5 based desktop to be used in my Work-At-Home job. I also purchased a bigger power supply (850w) and this video card.
I bought this card because of the 1Gb DDR5, support for dual monitors, decent chips for the money.
After bringing home the above gear, breaking the seal, removing the p/s, replacing with jumbo 850w p/s, pop video card in slot, power up.
Windows 7 came up, I installed the software supplied with the video card, and it's been working like a champ ever since. I immediately set up the dual monitors (an old 17" lcd and a new 24" led).
The video card box shows a 400W p/s requirement, and the new computer had a 300W p/s. So I had to upgrade anyway. I put in the 850W because I figured it to be the same amount of my time to swap em, and about $25 difference. For $25, I'll put in a p/s I won't have to worry about ever again.
I am on my computer for 8 to 10 hours per day. I'm thrilled to be working from home, but my computer equipment MUST be reliable.
So far, this card has been easy to install and configure, claims to support DX11, and has run both my old and new monitory flawlessly.

Perfect for gaming and multi-monitor capabilities. The VT HD5670 1GB has enough power to run all the PC games at very good settings and is future compatible for DX11 software(the most recent MicroSoft graphics standard for years to come). I did the research and wanted a step up from the 5450, GT220 or 5570, as they all were entry level. The 5670 is a significant upgrade to all those cards and supports 2 monitors, if you want to run 2 different programs at once. It fit in my system easily and I had no issues with installation(took me about 5 minutes start to finish).

NOT Crossfire ready

I bought this card to upgrade my wife's old Dell computer. It was a dramatic improvement over her old x1300 card. Very easy to install. It works great with 2 monitors.
The card in the box is not the same card that is packaged by Visiontek as sold by their website and at newegg. This one has a white fan with the ATI logo on it whereas the visiontek has a blue fan with the V logo on it.
This ATI version does not have the slots to install a crossfire bridge. The box states crossfire ready but its impossible without the bridge connections. The Visiontek version does have the crossfire bridge connections. I wanted to buy a second card to crossfire for my wifes computer but after looking at the card realized the connection was missing. Very disappointed and cannot return as its past the 45 days since I bought the card.

I bought this card being skeptical at first since what I wanted was an NVIDIA card. However, I believe I have made the right choice with VisionTek and ATI. I upgraded from an HD4670 and I must say that I am very impressed by the performance of this video card. It runs Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on DirectX11 at full settings with a 720p resolution. I can also play various other games on the highest possible settings such as Left 4 Dead 2 and near highest settings on Just Cause 2. Installation was easy, but keep in mind that I'm used to installing these cards. Unlike other reviews stated, this card came Crossfire ready, although I don't think I'll be using it.

I bought this to replace my older ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics Card, and there was an immediate difference in framerates and such. I installed the card, it didn't work second time, didn't work, after a few more tries, I realized that I forgot to plug a power cord or something. Tried again and my games have run faster than ever! Although I had to buy a new power supply because mine didn't have the minimum required amount of watts.

This thing is like 5 inches thick unless your graphics card slot and space for your graphics card is gigantic then there is no way this card will fit in your computer i wouldent buy! but it is a great value for the price

I purchased this card because it stated that it would play Battlefield Bad Company 2, and even it had a picture of the game on it's cover, I thought it would perform. Boy was I wrong. I have to say it does play BFBC2, but not at a playable state in regards to my system. I have the minimum stated Core2 Duo Intel system, 3 Gbs of Memory, and WinXP, and even though it is somewhat playable at 1650x1050 resolution, it is choppy at best. It does play it better than the previous AMD Card I purchased for it, the HD4650 1GB DDR2, but it does not play it well enough for my personal standards. I am truly disappointed in this product, but since it is in my older system, I will keep it, as my seconadary administraor machine, since I am a game server admin and only have server monitors attached to it. But will I ever purchase another AMD product? A big resounding NO! I will be buying nVidia from now on.
