so it was okay when I got it SUPER SLOW... then started making loud screeching sounds ... shouldn't been doing that brand new Also the keyboard is amazing but the inconvenience of typing then having to push the screen to enter or push anything was not convenient Wanted to like it but I didn't

It is slow even with the SD card. The battery charge does not last long. It is definitely for beginners.

I purchased the Visual Land Prestige Elite 10QD 10.1” tablet with the keyboard and found that this tablet has all of the needed options for someone that is starting with a tablet or has experience with one, will be very happy with this one because everything that is needed comes with all of the needed accessories with nothing else to purchase. This tablet is ready to use out of the box for any beginner. You will not have any issues getting started using the instructions from the illustration.

Unlike most products I have purchased from Best Buy, this product has only been average due to hardware problem within first three months of purchase.

For the price of this tablet, the quality is poor. And the picture quality is even worse. We have to use our phones to take pictures of assignments because of how poor and blurred the quality is. It also has technical issues when my son is doing his school assignments. I would not recommend.

I purchased this item since I have kids doing remote learning at home. From the first day it came out the box, we noticed it was making a weird robot like noise. After resetting it, it worked fine for about a week. Then we noticed it was lagging and not allowing us to connect to play store. As far as wifi, it only worked in my living room where the router is located. It also came with free virus protection that doesn't work on this thing. When we tried it clearly stated that it's not compatible with the device.

Got this for my son and he is really happy with it. Nice sized screen and really like how the tablet can be attached and able to type with the keyboard.

It is so freaking slow! I'm drawing on it and it is horribly slow. I'm thinking of returning it.

Purchased the item for my grandmother. Was easy to use and price couldn’t be beat.

May have been just this model or this item, it happens. Re-booted to factory status four (4) times but still got/getting loud weird noise on all types of video that drowns out the audio of the video. Tried muting all sound settings on tablet with no positive results. Will not recommend this product to anyone.

Works fine, video is okay. Easy to use though, only bought to use for Zoom, temporary use. Good for basic needs.

This seems to be a great tablet works fast good color on pictures

Horrible, buttonS come off easily My son only uses it for school and it stopped working 3weeks in.
