Bought this in Pink for my 5 year old little girl. She loves it but it seems like the battery only lasts a couple of hours when she is hard-core playing it. Heats up a little bit, too, on some graphic games.(not hot) Otherwise, a nice little machine for her playtime.

The first one lasted but 2 hours after being charged overnight. I love Best Buy customer service. They immediately issued a replacement tablet which arrived within 5 days. This second one worked well. Unfortunately 40 days since receipt, it too is defective, exhibiting the same failure conditions as the first one. I use the device only as a message center in our house-- we update the calendar so everybody's on track. We also use it to do quick email/internet searches. Just the basic stuff for a basic tablet. Unfortunately, this tablet's inner-workings don't work. Visual Land should really invest into running Environmental Stress Screening on their product prior to shipment. BTW - the pictures are a little bit false. The blue is a plastic royal blue. The advertisement picture shows it as a metallic blue.

The complete package for this included a nice cover and small keyboard. The 16g of storage is good and can add additional memory with SD card. Loads fast and has a nice, bright display. Really mostly used for playing games and e-books.

I purchased two of these, one in blue and one in pink and the pink one died after about a month. It wouldn't factory reset or anything. Visual Land did FINALLY respond to my web page inquiry after a week or so and I eventually got an RMA# to return the defective one for replacement. Still waiting for replacement to show up. Not feeling very confident. Their service was VERY slow to respond to my inquiry. I doubt I'll buy Visual Land again. Unsure at this point, however.

Smaller size makes this tablet a little sturdier. Good graphics.

I bought this tablet for my husband first and he was very happy, so I bought one for me. It's an awesome tablet for what I need and you can't go wrong with the price.

I notice a glare so it is hard to see things at times. I tried adjusting the brightness level but still does not help. For the $$ definitely a good product.

I got this and the first time I used it, it froze up and needed to be reset. The second time I tried it would not stay powered on and I contacted Best Buy and they are sending me out a new charger in hopes that will fix the problem. Not a quality item if the charger breaks after one use, would not recommend purchasing.

This tablet is very poor performing. I find it to be very slow and glitchy. The browser freezes, more often than not it does not log onto the web/router not more than 6ft way, and I find myself rebooting often. I do not recommend.

I am not sure why this has low reviews. I bought it anyways and have had it for over a month. I loaded all my favorite apps and have had not one issue. Charges quickly and loads quickly. Love my new tablet and money well spent.

It kept freezing up and ultimately would not turn on

It's not compatible with the WWE Network app so I returned it.

Cheaply built hardware, poor functioning software. Not satisfied but I guess that's what you get when you look to save a few bucks

I bought it with hesitation but I am now a very happy camper!

you want a tablet with at least 1.6ghz, less than that and processes slow, this tablet is 1.6ghz and works well.

Got this, tablet for my son and he loves it. Very good tablet for the price.

My granddaughter is satisfied with the tablet I purchased from Best Buy.
