This TV is perfect for my bedroom, easy to use, all the apps I use easily accessed on remote, looks and sounds good, only negative is loses wifi connection sometimes after powered off and back on and won't reconnect without unplugging tv and plug back in. Doesn't lose signal while using though and connects immediately after plugging back in

Bought for my mom and its just what she needed. Great quality image for those not pixel peeping. The colors are great. Ease of use and has features for additional channels at no extra charge.

Replacing our household items after we lost everything in the Camp Fire was a daunting task. Purchases that used to have us excited, like buying a new TV, are like chores, something we just have to do. Well, we love this new TV. The colors are vivid and the picture sharp. We really didn’t put much thought into what TV we purchased, so I must say I am very happy we lucked out and bought a good one. It is nice to have some of the comforts of home again. Looking forward to watching lots of great TV!!

When I bought this Tv it was a steal, I bought a tv for Black Friday but it was damaged when I inboxed it. So the next day when I returned the broken tv they were putting this back on the floor with an open box sale, the tv is normally 260$ I believe and got it for 183.99$ so for that price alone was amazing and I had to have it. This is my first Vizio and it won’t be my last, great picture quality after some adjusting, and if you notice that the voices from the tv don’t match the lips/mouth simply go to audio option from the menu button and switch your digital audio out to PCM and it’ll be fixed.

Colors are beautiful and picture is crystal clear! Sound is also very good. As other reviewers have pointed out, the Smart screen is a bit slow to come up, but Apps I have used, open in decent time, especially coming from using a Blu-ray player which was horribly slow. The setup was easy, but was a bit slow as well, all of this also compared to my 70" VIZIO, but the picture and sound are so good, I still have to give this TV 5 stars. I also loved that the default picture settings didn't require much change either. I only needed to change the picture mode to Calibrated and voila, colors are Awesome! Great TV for the price!

Great tv.good sound quality especially for the price

We purchased this TV because of the value for the size and features. It was easy to mount on our wall. The picture quality is fantastic. Understanding the different uses of the Smart features was not difficult. We are very happy with this purchase. The only strange thing is that it randomly turns on by itself. We searched for solutions and found a few to try. We think that worked- it hasn't turned on by itself lately. We would buy this TV again.

Nice picture and easy set up, but be forewarned about streaming apps outside of the TV’s standard apps ,for example Sling.....works for a while, then freezes. Now to Vizio’s credit I called their customer service and I spoke to a really nice gentleman who helped me to reboot the tv and it worked better for a while, but then the same things were happening, so as it’s a secondary tv I’ll use it with internal apps only or with cable.

only had it for about 2 weeks. Was looking for a 40" tv that was inexpensive. it had to work with both HDMI as well as components. This had both. I'm not hooked up to internet, so I only watch via DVD or PC so far. It's been fine so far. Easy to hook up. Easy UI. Picture quality is fine for this price tv.

So I purchased a $189 TCL 40” tv yesterday and after watching it for an hour the screen starting getting this weird burn in and the colors were way off. I returned and got this Vizio....and wow, the screen is so crisp and bright and the sound is incredible for a 200sqf bedroom. Set up was easy and I’m really really impressed with the clarity and how sharp everything looks. The blacks are deep and the colors are bright and vibrant, the image processing is super fast and makes everything move smooth and no lag. And the design of the tv is very modern and sleek. I honestly can’t distinguish it between this tv and my 4K that’s in my living room. You can’t go wrong with with this tv! Best $200 you can buy!

Good picture, good value. Lightweight, easy to handle. Setup is easy.

I have a limited space on one wall in my bedroom to fit a TV. I needed a larger screen (eye problems) and wanted to finally dispose of the last crt TV in my home... (it just wouldn't die). So, I wanted as large as possible, but lightweight, with a good picture. The Vizio TVs I have purchased in the past (2 others in my home) have all provided great service so I am sure this one will do the same.

The overall picture of this Vizio tv was amazing. I currently have a bigger size of the same brand. I love the purchase and I am very satisfied!

This was the perfect size for my 95 Year old Mother in Assisted Living. It is light, simple to use and easy to connect. The smart extras are great.

Picture quality was beyond acceptable for the price range! I'd like to call myself knowledgeable and an aficionado of monitors and picture quality, but I know I'm not quite at that level yet. Despite that picture quality was superb, and setup was very easy. My only gripe would be Vizio's Smart TV features. Not as great a library of apps compared to Samsung and LG, but definitely sufficient for average users (Netflix, Amazon and Hulu are all there). Can easily attached a Roku or Apple TV if you need to cover what is not available. Overall for the price, it was a VERY good deal!

We bought this TV to replace an old tube TV in an RV we purchased. We wanted a nice sized TV for the space we have that also was a Smart TV. It is easy to use. The picture is great.

Great television for the price. Streaming movies and videos is easy. Good sound quality and picture. Very light and easy to mount on the wall. Only issue is: sometimes when I shut the television off it comes back on about 30 seconds later. The screen is blank. It usually requires 2 try’s before it shuts off.

The TV is excellent. I'm very pleased with the picture. The only negative I have on the TV itself, is that the "Info" information is very small, with no background, and is difficult to read. I would also like a "Guide" feature. I hate the remote, and have ordered a different one. The buttons are small, and don't always work the first time. But overall, a good value.

TV lags at times while using the remote. Does this when scrolling through Redbox. Not too sure if its our cable provider or the TV connections since I have another TV connected to the bedroom. This TV though is a better option since it does offer redbox compared with the current TV owned.
