The TV has a nice picture however the sound quality is lacking a bit. A soundbar makes a big difference. Otherwise the picture and the features work.

I just need an upgrade from my 2007 tv and even though Vizio isn't the same as samsung but it's a big upgrade for me. The picture quality is great.

A very strong Seattle Mariners fan did not have a television in her room at a retirement home. Unbelievable. I purchased a TV and stand and the Geek Squad. Very pleasant Geeks! She watched with excitement as they assembled her gift. I met her 3 weeks prior. I'm a Mariners fan and I know Best Buy has the best customer service and this 89 year old lady deserves nothing but the BEST!
