Pretty BUT

Love this TV

I'm not sure if it's an issue with the TV or the internet service, so I'm not going to put complete fault on the Vizio. I will say that I haven't had many issues with the service in other areas of my home - computer, PS4, etc. I actually recommended this brand to a friend who ended up buying the 50 inch version and he's pleased with it.
