The biggest problem I've had is the audio sync in the Netflix app. It's acceptable with a Lip Sync setting of 3. But some shows are much worse than others. House of Cards was mostly fine, but shows like Damages are inconsistent. I kept having to adjust Lip Sync and it got very frustrating.
I chatted with Vizio and they gave me the standard "reset your TV and Netflix account, blah blah blah. That didn't work. I talked to Netflix about it; they simply pointed me back to Vizio. The problem isn't bad enough that I'd return the TV, but be aware that it almost certainly will not be perfect. I'm still considering a Mac Mini for this and other reasons. The YouTube and Pandora apps on Vizio are pretty bad.
