    Terrible luck with getting this to work after reading manual and calling customer service. I am not happy without at all.

    This sound system worked for a while. It constantly looses connections and does not work with Vizio TV

    The remote wouldn't register with the system, and the surround speakers never made a peep. Returned it and not messing with this brand for a while

    Just like last years model the unit is very buggy. It constantly has to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to work. When it works it sounds great.

    one issue and a big one! the subwoofer would randomly start stuttering loudly and would have to be unplugged to stop the loud noise. tried checking all the connections and moving the speakers around but still have the issue. its really annoying.

    Open box mixing essential accessories

    I bought this as open box. The box was missing the remote, power cable, and other accessories. I returned it and opted for the more expensive Visio speaker bar. I am glad I spent more.

    Can't handle 4k but otherwise good value.

    Good quality speakers and a realy good sub for the price. It's ashame that this can't work as a 4k receiver when I hook up to my new 4k projector, I didn't need that at the time of purchase but would have assumed it would support 4k since that was already a common thing 2 years ago.

    This is a great product, I was a bit skeptical since this was my first sound bar, but after reading the reviews of the product, other reviewers said it was great and its just that, a great product. sound quality is excellent and loving the less cable mess, compared to my previous surround sound with its 5 speakers with cables everywheres.

    We have had issues with this brand since purchase. The subwoofer and rear speakers cut in and out as they please and it completely ruins any immersion we may have in a video game, TV, or a movie because you suddenly stop hearing the bass or the sounds behind you. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand because VIZIO is still junk regardless of what the BB employees try to push on you.

    Malfunctions

    Like previous reviews this item is defective. Received one that would constantly make me reset the unit to have sound. A replacement was sent and experienced the same exact issue. Vizio products have always been reliable but this particular one I would avoid.

    This is a great product if you like having it randomly turn off after 2 hours. Support is great they will tell u how to change it to 1 hour. If that's not good enough they will tell you to buy another vizio soundbar! Amazing!
