The upscaling leaves a lot to be desired from SD content but then again you get what you pay for and this set was mostly what I expected.

Purchased this, brought home hung on wall and picture was not bright or very clear. Played with settings and still not happy with overall picture. Returned for a Samsung that was on sale and purchased that. Picture much better, brighter and more clear. Samsung has issues with viewing angle but keeping it. If you are over a 30 degree viewing angle Samsung is washed out.
