||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had planned on buying the 55" M series since the 55" p series had an IPS panel and reviews for past models were not complementery of IPS Read a few reviews of people that purchased the new P series 55"!and one in particular said the blacks on it were great So I bought the 55" P and to be honest sometimes the blacks are too black The only issue I have is occasionally I get a pulsating of video level but have not contacted Vizio yet Over all great tv and Best Buy price sold me

But I really, really wanted to love this tv. I love the value, and the screen is for the most part exceptional. Note that the 55" model uses a different technology in its panel, so it's actually not as nice as the 50" or 65" -- which they do not do a good job of telling you upfront. I love that it comes with two remotes. Except that mine didn't work. I paired it with the tv and it worked for all of the basic controls, but it would not under any circumstance stream anything. It would start, flicker, and immediately say something like "this cast has ended." I took it back and got the new 8 series samsung which works fantastic for about the same price if you catch it on sale.

Called Vizio they said will have update firm later in sept. I don't want to wait. I returned this and got Hisense 4K with HDR instead. Hisense really impressed me! I can see Hisense is on the rise to top anytime soon.

When watching HD channels is feels like your actually there. Picture quality is crystal clear. Remote is a 6" android and took a little getting use to but know I'm pretty comfortable with it.
