Great starter 4k TV

Screen Issues/

First call was to factory, they promptly answered the phone and step me through a checkout process. Their solution reset the TV. Worked fine for a few more hours and the next day had the same issues, Second call resulted in the factory offering to send a replacement set or repairs but with a 7 to 11 day window . I chose the new TV option. I'm happy that VIZIO offered to repair or replace the set but disappointed that the turn around time to do so is so long. Luckily this set is a secondary set in the house or I would have not been so understanding of the extended time frame. I own another Vizio TV and have had very good service with it for the past 2 years. I would consider the purchase of another Vizio TV based on my experience with thus far.

This TV is a TV

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't get me wrong, it is a good TV, but I don't watch it much. The only button I know for sure is the off one. But it DOES show me the Bears games, so during football season I somehow manage to figure out how to turn it on and tune in to WGN or to whatever network is showing the Bear's game. Go Bears!
