The sound is consistently out of synch, and it gets worse with every update. The TV itself is fine - picture quality is good, sound otherwise isn’t bad, even without a sound bar. I had no issues with it until the first firmware update. From that point on, it’s gotten progressively worse. The sound gets more and more out of synch; there’s now a lag of at least 30 seconds or more. I’ve spent so much time on the phone with tech support, googling for solutions and workarounds to no avail. At this point, every time I turn it on, I have to turn it off again and power cycle it, sometimes a few times. It takes longer and longer to load, apps stop working randomly. Eventually it works itself out - until I turn it off, and then it’s right back where it was the next time I turn it on. Tech support has offered no explanation and no solution. I’ll never buy another Vizio.

Great tv for the price! Easy to set up, as well as navigate. I was just slightly disappointed in the picture quality, so I tried to adjust some of the color settings, but I ended up just resetting it to the original. It still has a great picture, I just had imagined it being slightly better. Well worth the price!

The picture is amazing. The SmartCast apps are great (but don't completely replace my Roku). Tons of customizability with the picture. Vizio is definitely the only thing I consider buying. However, I had to take away a star because the sound is inexcusable. You have to buy a soundbar system. An Alexa speaker does a better job.

I love the quality of Vizio’s TVs. This particular 4K TV has great picture quality and provides quality digital local channels. Easy for set up with AirPlay, an Apple TV, or pre-installed Apps.

Nice picture and easy to use. Like the simple and clean design. Perfect for a smaller than the giants. Could be a better speaker system but planned on adding external bar speaker system later anyway.

Great, bright picture. Easy to set up. Free channels to view. The WiFi reception is very good. I use the tv in an outdoor sunroom which has a weak WiFi signal and I Don’t have any problem streaming movies with it.

Colors are very vibrant, but contrast and blacks aren't as good as others in the same range. There is also an annoying sound popping from the built in speakers when playing some xbox games and watching some shows on the TV. Apparently this is a known issue with Vizio K series. I checked forums and found some settings to reduce it a bit, but it's still there. It took a lot of work to get the video and audio settings to work out of the box and the popping sound still persists. I ultimately decided to return this item for another brand while the return window was still open.

One of the best picture quality I’ve seen at this price point. It has 4K hdr, half, hdr+ and earc idk what does means but the picture quality is insane. I’m playing marvel avengers right now and it look insane.

This tv beat the Sony x750 and the lg nano...I purchased both before choosing the m series. It has a great picture and a better price than the competition... I love vizio. Best tvs for the price...

Sharp 4k TV great for the price. The picture is really good with dark blacks and wide color gamut. The brightness is low and unable to give a great HDR experience. A sound bar is almost never, as it is for most newer TVs due to the tiny speakers used to keep TV size thin.

Exactly what I imagined. I bought this for my boyfriend since he got a ps5 and he absolutely loves it!! The graphics look AMAZING compared to his other tv he had. Great quality, 4K, almosttt true black ! It’s amazing! And for the price ??? You’re kidding me! It’s a steal! I’ve always loved Vizio so I’m glad I was not disappointed! Would definitely buy again. Next time, it’ll be for me! LOL

Excellent TV for gaming on PS5, would be better if it had 120hz refresh rate. Still it's a great TV for graphics, color and everything else.

I really love this tv so much. It’s been my personal favorite. Now, I will say it gets 4 stars because the sound quality is really awful. I have an AppleTv and a HomePod I use as my sound system so the speaks on the the hardly get used unless I’m playing my games. But the picture is beautiful!

Love this tv! I had an older Sony Aquos that was like 15 years old. It still worked but I was ready for some 4K action. I saw this one and a Panasonic for good prices so decided to go check them out. The Best Buy rep could not have been more helpful! We discussed the differences in the televisions, and ultimately I decided on the Vizio. The picture is very clear, and I have not seen any "lag" that I was originally worried about with the refresh rate. Only thing that i dont like, but understand completely, are the speakers are rear facing. But I have a soundbar so it has become a non issue now. Will be purchasing another smaller model for another room in my house for sure.

This is a great TV at an excellent price. Better than anything else at the same price point as it relates to picture quality. The smart interface is smooth and responsive but limited as far as the available apps compared to other brands but the available apps have been increasing steadily.

Great picture. Very easy to setbup to Dish Network remote and Alexa. Many features and free streming chanels. Easy to use settings menu. Great TV at an affordable price.

Excellent value for the money. The picture quality is excellent as well as it’s connectivity. Plenty of inputs for anything you might need. If you’re in the market for a 4K tv and don’t want to break the bank , this tv is an excellent choice that I’d recommend to anyone.

I over all like this TVs overall quality and the way the picture looks, but I don't like the fact that it does not have an app store like the samsung TVs so you can have more access to watching more without using the firestick. It is a good quality tv for gaming.
