This TV is a very good choice for the price range. The picture is crisp and controls are easy. We also bought a Vizio M Series sound bar, which really enhances the sound, although the audio from the TV was adequate. One quirk is that the TV doesn't fully come on immediately at first. The picture flashes and goes black twice before it finally stays on. Delivery from Best Buy was very helpful and courteous.

Eyed this TV for months before I bought it and I’m glad I did. Great for movies and shows! Picture and Color are great and life like. Definitely a bang for your buck if you don’t want to spend too much money. It is everything you need in a TV with out the outrageous prices. This is my third Vizio TV and Ive had good experiences so far. BUT I will say one thing that I didn’t like, and that is I notice that when I’m watching fast paced videos or sports that there is long thick lines going vertically down my TV screen. I read reviews and I didn’t see anyone else with this problem. Can someone reach out about this issue? Maybe I got a defective TV? I don’t know if it is normal or not. Other than that, the TV is fantastic! 5 stars if I didn’t have my issue.

Love the details in overall picture and meets my expectations. Price was also acceptable. Remote functions from input and power on and off are awkwardly difficult. Minus the remote, this is a Best Buy.

So far so good, just put the tv out today, colors are fantastic, initial set up and turning on the tv is a little lengthy but it was easy to set up and log into all my apps and steaming services. Will test this out over the next few weeks but it’s huge and the picture looks great plus it has all the functionalities I need. I upgraded from a Amazon Fire 4K UHD 55 inch smart tv.

I bought this tv as a replace to a 55 inch Insignia that was purchased in 2014. A pretty stunning difference in terms of picture quality especially for shows that are broadcasting in 4K. The color is awesome. While watching sports I have not noticed any motion blur. The only thing that could be better is the sound but to address that I have purchased a Vizio sound bar

This TV was highly rated for the price and it is mostly as reviewed. -Viewing angle is not great, but this was expected for this type TV. Grab the best seat and you won’t notice. -Blacks generally look great, but out of focus blacks can show some black noise. This was again known before purchase. - I had a little trouble pairing the TV with my Vizio sound bar. I still don’t know exactly what I did, but works now. However, on long binges, it will switch back to TV speakers and I have to change the volume to re-engage the sound bar. - I’ve had the TV clock be wrong. This is not a big deal, but still annoying as there is no way to manually fix this.

Bought as an open box item and didn't come with anything but the power cord. The tv itself was great, had great picture and clarity only issue I noticed was there was some glitches with sound and input selection as it would change on its own and the sound came in choppy at times or no sound. Powered off on its own a couple times so had to return it. If none of these issues were present it would have been a great investment.

The picture is very good, sound is acceptable and set up is a breeze. You cannot add apps or surf the internet with this TV, however. There is no HBO Max app.

is it OLED no. is it just as good.. yes. I mean, its NOT OLED but this is a beautiful tv. The change of the Panel to M7 and discontinuation of the M8 for this model is a dissapointment. The main an probably only difference is the jump from 90 active led zones to 20. But if im being honest, I dont even use them. I find the processors cannot keep up with scene changes so you get a bit of a lag if scenes are going back and forth trying to keep certain areas brighter. With them on in a static scene it looks great, 90 zones would have looked even better. with it off IT STILL LOOKS GREAT. My only complaint would be lack of support for optimizing picture quality based on HDR10+ vs Vision. I get that these limit your ability to begin with but Ive seen sets that still allow customization. But hey, they limit it for a reason, to give you the best picture quality so you dont mess things up.

Amazing picture quality! I got so confused with LEE OLED ULTRAHD and found out that quantum means that when there are blacks on the screen instead of seeing a really dark gray quantum is smart enough to just not light up those single pixels that are black. Making the blacks truly black and the colors so vivid.

Very happy with this TV! Picture is super clear, plenty of options and ports available. The remote has a good feel, too. The software/UI (SmartCast) is fairly nice compared to other brands. App selection is a little limited, but you can cast to it from anything so it's not much of a problem to me. I did have a problem where the SmartCast dashboard just refused to load, meaning I couldn't select any app to use! I could still cast and use other inputs. Power cycling the tv via unplugging it has fixed it, we'll see if it's a longer-term problem. This happened 3 months into ownership.

I love our 65" Vizio Smart TV. My only complaint is that the stands are on the ends and not in the center like my old one, but most TVs are like that now. The remote is a little awkward, but we have gotten used to it. The built-in ease of accessing the apps (Netflix, Hulu, Redbox, etc) is great. Picture is awesome.

Pound for pound (comparing the specs between LG, Samsung, and Insignia) this is the best tv for the money. It's my second Vizio and likely not my last. I painted the wall behind the TV dark grey and mounted this on the wall. Very impressive look when the tv is off and cinematic experience when its on.

Goid quality but the hdmi port need work. I had to exchange the tv because the port broke. The staff was very rude about the warranty i purchased. They did not want to add it to the new tv. Staring against their policy. When you exchange a product you have to purchase another warranty because no refunds or exchages on the warranty. I had the tv a few hours. I spoke to the and he finally decided to add the warranty to the new tv. Best buy shame on you.

I did a ton of research finding a 4K TV with a great picture. OLED TVs are out of my price range, but this one fit perfectly. The color is fantastic in Calibrated mode. Bright screen with impressive black levels. This is my second M65Q7. I’m tempted to buy another.

Overall ok TV. I bought as a step up from a budget TV brand and was attracted by the Freesync and overall picture quality specs. Picture is roughly as expected though a greenish hue is prominent when displaying black. Largest complaint is the software. As other reviews have stated, the software for this TV is a total gamble. Some days things will work as expected, though loading SmartCast (the main screen) will always take an obnoxious amount of time (20-60s) and often will just never load. The TV will frequently freeze altogether when turning on or loading apps, no response from remote or physical on/off buttons. The only recourse here is to physically unplug. This happens frequently enough that I bought a smart plug to expedite this process. Once this software has got itself into such a bad state that a unplugging did not help. At that point a factory reset thankfully restored functionality, but even that process failed once. The TV also no longer recognizes my hard ethernet connection, gave up on trying to fix that and simply use Wifi. Picture and specs of the TV are good on paper but actual experience is extremely frustrating. Would be good if Vizio invested in their software.

Excellent 4k TV! No matter how much research I've done, I always came back to this TV. Picture quality is beautiful! Very easy to set up. You'll get the apps up and running in no time. A couple apps missing (like HBO Max) but it has most of the popular ones. Highly recommended!
