I was thinking of getting another brand from another store, but after researching the many TV's out there I decided to get this model from BestBuy. I am so happy with my decision, Bestbuy was helpful in going over the different models and the features that each model had in it. I went with this Vizio and I am happy with this purchase.

Too good to be true

First was the volume. I would turn up the volume on the remote and it would be delayed by 30 seconds to react to what I selected on the remote. Next, the apps started crashing. I would have to reload Netflix 2 or 3 times during a 2 hour movie... every time. Today the TV crashed.. completely. I have tried unplugging it, restarting it and all I have it this blank screen and it wont react. Nearly $600 wasted in 5 months... save yourself the head ache.
