I am not completely satisfied with the TV. The colors and sound are not the best quality. I was looking for a more live experience. The TV was purchased at a good price. I purchased this TV because of the good reviews. I waited too long to return it, now I am stuck with it. The remote is very small.

As televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars. At VIZIO we also pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.  VIZIO

Can not download additional apps, smart cast menu is blurry and not sharp, most screens are displayed at a resolution of 1080p and below!.. when it's supposed to be in 4k. Chromecast and airplay do not work or freeze after a minute of use. It is annoying to use, especially when you are not getting the experience that is advertised or for the reason of purchase. Not worth the hassle.. and I had a couple of Vizio TVs prior, never had as bad of an experience. Definitely going to try and return for a better TV, maybe samsung? .

This is a great budget TV with pretty good picture quality, and do not expect to be blown away by the picture quality, but it's certainly incredible how good the picture is for the cost of the unit. I've had trouble with it though within the first week which is really unfortunate. It's too big to make an exchange worthwhile or else I would have done so. The trouble I have deals with the remote menu not working, and the remote not able to turn the TV on properly at times. Sometimes the audio does not work properly either. These issues all seem to be resolved if I disconnect the power cable from the wall and let the TV sit for a minute without power. I ordered a new remote under Vizio's warranty claim webpage that should be arriving today at no cost to me so I'm hopeful, but at the same time doubtful it will help. I want to leave on a positive note and say that I love watching nature shows and animated movies on this TV because the picture looks remarkable for that type of programming. It was really easy to hook this up and connect to my Google Home and I enjoy using voice commands to tell it what to do.

What a bang for the buck crazy. I had a 2020 70 inch LG 4k webos that I returned since I was moving I had that tv for a month and its is a competitor to this tv in price range and size. That tv supposedly has the same type of screen as this one but the picture looks completely different from this tv. For starters the brightness of the backlight and overall screen is much less. During the day time it is sort of hard to see dark scenes with this Vizio. But the colors are much better. Seems more matched to life and not unrealistically colorful. Blacks are done MUCH better on this tv compared to the LG. Almost Oled type blacks seriously it's awesome. I cant say enough how blown away I am by the blacks with this screen. And I like the OS/UI a lot better. Its snappier and doesnt have ads like the webos. Has a bunch of settings and software to get a crisp good looking picture just like the LG but I gotta say I like this screen better for my bedroom, i would go with the LG for a living room with windows definitely because the the LG is BRIGHT compared to this Vizio. I thought the LG I had was a great tv but now that im comparing I'm so glad I have this instead now for where I have it. Overall it's a great tv and definitely worth the purchase. I dont even notice the slightly smaller screen seems like it's just as big and I saved over a $100. I cant say to longevity these are all first impressions from one full day and night.

We got this TV on a great deal when my girlfriend and I were moving into our first apartment together. It has held up well as our living room tv and its very nice to see Vizio continuously updating the user interface to make it more competitive with other softwares. If you’re looking for a tv that won’t break the bank but will serve all functionality purposes you’re seeking, Vizio is your best bet.

Very clear and crisp. A lot of apps are already installed and easy to navigate through. My only wishes are that the remote be redesigned but it still isn’t too hard to use. Very little delays from switching to different apps and very easy to set up and personalize. Easy to switch from kids to adult mode. Also seems like surround sound is built into the tv even in low volumes you feel like you’re in a theater

We have had this TV for years now and haven’t had a single problem. Even the Audio is great! Most Flatscreens I have purchased required me to buy a soundbar/system but not this one! The ease of my streaming apps all right where I need them is a plus too.

A good, big TV (not “spectacular”, but good).

For all of the good I read about this tv, I was expecting to be blown away by the resolution and quality. It’s good but didn’t wow me. I’m just a guy, not a TV or technology expert, but to me it’s a “good”, big tv. Maybe I’m expecting more than the price will deliver (approx $450). Blacks are extremely “bit-mappy”, game color is nice but not any different than prior middle of the road tv, haven’t noticed the difference between my old 1080 and this “ultra 4K”. Maybe we’re sitting too close to tell? Still, a “good”, big tv, and again, for the price. Other things: the sound is just not there. We routinely have to watch shows at 80 volume and it’s still not “loud”... and we’re 10-12 feet away. Sound bar would be wise idea. Tv is large (I’d normally try to do it alone, but it’s just too big) but light. Feet are stable. Remote is simple and intuitive. Got on immediately so set up is simple too. The additional free channels are a nice addition each holding a few winners among a lot of “what is that?” Really like the ability to cast google and apple. And the preloaded apps are all the ones you’d want: Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc You still need the subscriptions for each, but nice to have front and center. Hookups seemed sufficient with 3 HDMI, I believe. Overall would recommend with some of the caveats above. None are game breakers for me, but I guess I was hoping for an underpriced gem. Instead it seems I got the tv I paid for which is just fine.

Great picture and easy to operate. Logical controls. Sound is just ok so I opted for a Vizio sound bar-now sound is great! Only complaint/concern I have is that several times now the tv has refused to come on. Doesn't seem to like being shut off and then turned back on within 15 minutes or so, although it has refused to come on after being off for 12 hours. Only way to get it to come on when this happens is to unplug and do a "reset" with power button. A real pain when you don't know when you push the power button if it will come on. Other than that a great tv.

This TV is huge and easy to use, my only complaint is the sound on it is lacking. I have to turn it up super loud to hear it sometimes and it isn't my hearing, I've had friends and family comment on this fact as well when we're all watching together. Otherwise, it's a fantastic TV. The picture quality is great.
