Overall, good. However...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from 2013 E series. Great upgrade. Most things are fine, but I get this ear splitting static noise through the tv and through my sound bar when using the tv apps for Hulu and Netflix. I have a PS4 that I use to get rid of the sound, but it's a little irritating to pay so much and have a flaw like that.

Crystal Clear!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about this device is PeRfect! From Cable to Gaming, I really love this purchase minus the HDMI defect 10 days later but it’s okay ONLY because it was under warranty & Vizio replaced it. Looks great on my TV stand even when it’s off

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a TV that would go into my master bedroom. I knew that it has to be larger than my last one and i had my eyes locked in on 4k. When i saw the display it was love at first sight. This is a must have

Awesome TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about Vizio but didn’t want to break the bank after my Sony 75” 4K tv’s display busted during our move (RIP). But this Vizio actually knocks my old Sony out of the park.

||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do. Not. Buy. I bought this TV in November of 2018. The TV started blacking out around the end of May. Basically the screen would lose picture and sometimes it just wouldn’t turn on. I knew it was under warranty so I called customer service to see what my options were. They scheduled a delivery of a replacement TV and I took off work to be home for it. The replacement TV was refurbished and was missing screws to hold the back panel in place. I did not accept it and it went back. Another replacement TV was scheduled to be delivered in its place. I was told this would be expedited because of the mishap with the first replacement. That was not true, and when I called customer service to try and track down the TV, I was told that no one would have said that because VIZIO does not deliver their products themselves, they use contracted carriers. At this time, I was very frustrated and asked what it would take to get my money back. The customer service rep told me that after the 3rd replacement VIZIO TV, I would be eligible for a refund. So I waited for notification that my TV was going to be delivered. Due to the miscommunication about the “expedited” delivery, my girlfriend and I both ended up taking off work to attempt to be home for the delivery. This replacement TV continued to have the same issues as the original one we bought. I called customer service and was told I could get another replacement TV since it was under warranty. I repeated what I was told about being eligible for a refund since this was the 3rd TV I had. I had to ask for a manager to get any sort of help other than being told we could get the TV replaced. The next person I talked to ended up transferring me to someone who could discuss the refund process. She told me that I needed to submit proof of purchase in order to start the refund process BUT that a refund wasn’t guaranteed. She gave me the criteria I needed to submit proof of purchase and said her manager needed to click the button to send the email I needed in order to upload that proof of purchase. Then she did some more research and realized that she couldn’t have the proof of purchase email sent because a technician hadn’t tried to fix the problem. In order to be eligible to submit proof of purchase, a technician had to try to fix the TV in our home first. I asked for her manager. Her manager repeated the same information. I asked why a technician would be able to fix the problem on site when a brand new TV hadn’t fixed the issue. The manager said that it was “astronomical” that multiple TVs would have the exact same issue and it was highly unlikely that their TV was the problem. He indicated that VIZIO never wanted to refund a customer’s money, they wanted to fix or replace a product instead. I told him the company had better uses of their resources and employees and that it was going to be now a fourth day of work missed between me and my girlfriend. He was not concerned because their policy is that a technician must come try to fix the TV before the proof of purchase could be submitted to attempt a refund. After an hour on the phone I had him set up a technician to be scheduled to come out. I told him I would talk with him soon and he said he highly doubted it. The technician came. I took another day off work. The technician replaced the motherboard, the processor, and the LED driver. Then he left to go to another repair. His replacement parts did not fix the problem, so he came back and removed them. The next day I called VIZIO and asked to get the email to upload our proof of purchase. That email was sent and I asked what could be done to compensate us now that we missed a combined 4 days of work and lost multiple hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. The rep I talked to transferred us to her manager. It was the same manager from the week before (the one who said he doubted he’d be talking to me again). I asked what could be done to compensate us and he said VIZIO doesn’t compensate for lost time. I asked what could be done about the refund and he said VIZIO doesn’t want to refund me, VIZIO wants to fix or replace the TV. Despite the fact that a replacement TV and a technician couldn’t fix the issue. He continuously cut me off and was not willing to listen to all of the hassle his company has caused. I asked to speak to his manager. His manager is scheduled to call me back in 1 to 2 business days. BUT I’M STILL NOT DONE. The email that came through for me to submit proof of purchase sent me to a link that did not have anywhere for me to upload anything. All I could do was submit another service request. So I had to call customer service AGAIN. This whole process has wasted so much time and energy on something that should never have been this big of an issue. VIZIO and their higher level customer service have left a terrible taste in my mouth. I will never recommend a VIZIO product to anyone who asks for my opinion on it.
