Best bang for the money! I got mine on sale for about $3,600 and it was worth every penny. Vizio is definitly a big brand contender... All of my tvs and sound bars in my home are Vizio and ive never had any problems out of them. Great product!

I've had this TV for about 2 weeks now and have to say I am very pleased with the purchase. I'm glad Vizio finally jumped on board with back-lit full-array with local dimming instead of last years edge-lit. The picture and settings out of the box aren't very good. Recommend heading over to http://www.rtings.com/reviews/tv/lcd-led/vizio/m-series-2015/settings and trying these settings, and then modifying to your taste. The TV has great contrast levels, and deep blacks. Most viewing angles are pretty good, straight on obviously the best. It does better than I thought it would on up-scaling 1080 content, some better than others. Actual 4k content looks amazing. I upgraded our Netflix for the 4k content. Even being streamed it looks great as well. Make sure you upgrade your internet connection. I previously had around a 15-20mbps connection, not enough. Now have a 52mbps, works perfect. The remote is just OK, they took a step backwards this year not having a wifi remote and the ability to control your other devices with it. Overall this is a great TV for the price, and I would recommend it.

I read all of the reviews and even went in the store to look at picture quality. They didn't have this model, but I was impressed with the Samsung Ultra 4k model 75". I was a little nervous with the huge price differences that the Vizio wouldn't be up-to-par. I was wrong! This TV has impressed our family and everyone else that has seen it - very sharp picture, easy to setup, and hangs perfectly on the wall. We are excited to watch lots of football this season as there is no lag in ball movement and it just plain huge! All-in-all, awesome TV for the price!

I used to have a Mitsubishi 73" DLP TV and WOW, what a difference this 80" Vizio make! Compare with my old DLP TV, this vizio TV is much brighter and sooooooo much more clear. I can't believe how detailed of a picture quality I can see when I watch 4K content on Netflix. Viewing angle is almost 180 degrees and so far I am really happy with this TV.

After all settings adjusted and screen calibrated the picture quality is outstanding. Beautiful colors and clarity in all HD modes...sports, movies, concerts, and DVDs. Then the real fun begins since it's a smart TV and you can get internet sites, go to YouTube and check out some 4k ultra hd videos and the picture is absolutely dazzling. Mesmerizing. It has been a very good purchase so far.

Best Buy didn't have any Vizio 4k tv's on display so I bought it without seeing it, I was concerned the picture wouldn't be as good as a Sony or Samsung but for the price it was a good deal. Turns out the picture is amazing, 4k videos are life changing to say the least, just remember to turn on the game low latency setting to get rid of the soap opera effect.

It was a breeze to install and connect to the Internet, my FIOS, my 4HD Blu-Ray, and other signal sources. Worked ideally for the Super Bowl. Highly recommend the optional sound-bar and surrounds sound system., it packs a wallop in such tiny speakers.

The M-80 model name is appropriate: This TV is a firecracker! Our new home's huge great room and 12-foot ceilings needed something bigger than our 52" Samsung (previously my favorite brand). The Vizio's full-array backlighting makes for an incredible picture that beats Samsung's best. We are about 150 hours into burn-in and the color keeps getting better. Great deep blacks, very sharp, and the upscaling of 1080 to 4k is excellent. Be aware that this is a HEAVY TV and its combined weight and size rule out a fully articulated swing mount -- but again, (safely) mounted flat on the wall increases the theater feel. Even my initially skeptical wife now loves both the picture and the size.

I used this 80 inch to replace a broken projector in a conference room. The sharpness and contrast ratios are great. And the added 4k resolution make it great for computer monitor. I have also played HD video through Netflix and the picture quality is equal to or better than some more pricey brands.

Great picture and very deep blacks. I use a sound system 7.1 and center channel speaker so sound isn't an issue. Bright vivid colors too. I found it necessary to move up to an 80" dia screen size because of all the screen crawl and network junk that is always displayed now days that blocks the action at times. Now I can have a screen large enough to watch sporting events and see all the action. I previously had a 52" and then a 55" which were OK but this 80" is perfect.

I've been waiting for the Vizio 4K UHD 80". When I finally found it in stock I ordered it. And it turned out to be well worth the money. Sharp, crisp picture and incredible sound. Definitely pleased!

Picture is very good, even the 1080p looks amazing but be prepared to get something to help the sound. If the sound were as good as the picture I would give 5 stars easily.

I was considering options in all price ranges - up to $12K and this TV was not only the largest, but its performance rivaled sets three times the price. Having 32 active LED zones results in amazing black levels in almost any light. It has solid native sound performance too. At 80 in diagonal size, the experience is immersive and one-of-a-kind! I stongly recommend this set.

Easy to setup right out of the box and works awesome. Great TV for the price compared to other 80"TVs from other brands.

For the money, this is a good buy! During the calibration process our screen was scratched so Best Buy replaced without any issues. Thus, we are still awaiting the calibration process. However, no issues with working well with other devices and great picture. Can't wait to see what it looks like after calibration!

Pleasantly Surprised & Empressed with the quality of this product!!! For the screen size / smart features and everything else it offers - Well Worth the $Cash$ - I ordered online & had it shipped to my house with complete satisfaction.

Very good TV especially for the price. The speakers in the set are good for a flat set. It is a very good set for a living room. I have a projector that has a larger screen but is too dim for a bright room. I found that the 4k ability is good. I used it with Netflex and Amazon. I do wish for more 4k programs but can wait for them

At first I was nervous because it's vizio. The picture looks awesome and I am happy that I bought it. Every other 80" besides Sharp wants 8k or more.

Great picture ahead of technology and resonably priced!!!! I would recommend to any and everyone.

Watched FURY it was better than a theater. No motion loss or burr. Great depth. It's just a great veiwing experience in 80"
