On Vizio's website, they advertise Hulu Plus as being available. It's only available on the cheaper, more crippled model of Co-Star that uses Yahoo TV instead of Google TV. It's full of useless apps that just want your money. It's like having a store in your house and you walk into it's front door and it's another set of doors for more stores and inside those doors are more doors for more places that want your money. It never ends. What a waste of a customers time. SOMETHING has to be given in exchange for the purchase price. This holds zero value for my $99.

I purchased on 8/12/13 and after 2 weeks with vizio tech support could not resolve issue, returned 8/30/13! First I wanted a smart TV Best Buy salesmen talked me out of that and into a better TV but not a smart TV. I love my Samsung over the Vizio led TV, So the problem starts after your set up, You can surf the web watch streaming movies in a clear screen, but when you switch to live TV always has a snowy background. I didn't buy a new TV to have a snowy background!! When you watch Netflix loads fine M-go sucks, you start watching a Movie stops and will not load again!! No HBO-Go or Hulu and never will be!! Great Idea bot to many issues alway looses internet!!

remote and box are supposed to link up via Bluetooth but I was unable to get them to pair. would not connect wirelessly to internet also had problems returning the item because the serial number on the box didn't match the one on the device.

Web Browser is very limited

The day after I installed the device I discovered that the web browser (Google Chrome) was not functioning. Customer service stated there would be an update, however is was TBD.
20 days later the HBO Go and web browser was not connecting and I received an error message stating that they where outdated. Customer service at Vizio, again, had no resolution.
I returned the device, only to learn that BESTBUY had changed their return policy from 30 days to 15 days.. BE AWARE....

This is a product looking for a purpose, if you have any device that streams like an Apple TV, ROKU, Smart TV, or any Netflix Device you do not need this useless item. It is so horrible I cannot even begin to describe it. Very few apps, clumsy controls. Just useless! Google has a long way to go to make Google TV useful. I'm not sure Vizio is the problem I think Google TV is just junk.
