Best Buy had a Samsung speaker set that was cheaper, sounded better, and knew it wasn't going to have glitchy audio connections so I went exchanged it for that. This could be because of bad wifi in the basement? Otherwise, I loved it when it worked.

Great soundbar and bass

It worked ok for the first week but every time we turned on the TV we would have to connect it. Now I can't even turn my TV down at all. The remote doesn't work at all!! PO JUNK

The only problem is, (and I know this sounds weird) the sound lowers during commercials - but only on certain channels. This sounds like a positive, but it's annoying at times.

Posted .Hello - this type of issue could be due to the audio settings from your TV to your soundbar. Some channels broadcast their audio differently, and settings on your TV may need to be adjusted accordingly so that the audio signal is still sent to the sound bar correctly. For instance, on a VIZIO TV there is a setting under the "Audio" menu that allows you to change the "digital audio output". Depending on the brand of TV you have, we would recommend looking for a setting similar to this, and trying the different output options available.
