    I like the 2.1 much better than 3.1 the shape and size is more heavy in this and the 2.1 sounds better in quality.

    Have barley had this 2 weeks and its giving my problems . It will not stay connected to the subwoofer. Tried over and over to pair them with no success. It keeps making a loud distortion sound and will not connect. Sadly I will be returning this to best buy for one of its competitors. Sony or Bose .

    Worked for a couple of hours then would no longer power on. Tried everything no luck. Well the sub is decent. The sou d from the sound bar was not very impressive compared to my Older Vizio. Bar just to small on size to put out big sound.

    When I bought it I could not connect it to wifi or connect it to my HDMI ARC. Vizio couldn't fix it and offered no help. I ended up returning it and just not getting another one because of the issues and being unable to even connect it.

    Ah it's ok not the best I don't like that it will turn off randomly or cut out I know is the the tv or the hdmi cable I bought a other well known soundbar and I'm not having the same issue

    Constant problem syncing to TV

    Had it for over 6 months. Since installed by Best Buy it has never been in sync with the TV. 3 service calls fixed it temporarily but only lasted for less than a hour. Best Buy blames it on cable provider but though the cable provider replaced the modem + main cable box problem persisted. Additional contact with Best Buy service resulted in two hours of switching between tech's repeating the information and after two hours disconnected by Best Buy without any indication. Bad product with worse service.

    I bought a less expense Vizio 2.1 that sounded much better. The flat sub is nice so you can place under a piece of furniture

    I have never been able to get this to work. I called Best buy and they gave me a few suggestions but it still doesn't work. The instructions are very confusing but if you are a technology minded person you might be able to figure it out. I was really looking forward to using this product but as of today I have still not been able to get it to work either by any of the cords that they send with it or Bluetooth.

    Love the slim subwoofer design. Didn't like the midrange sound quality at all...very tinny sounding. Returned the next day for a JBL soundbar that I'm very happy with.
