I purchased this product because I was tired of paying high Verizon Bills. After purchasing, set up was easy. Only issue was that if you want to keep your old number it takes about two days for it to be ported over to vonage. So if you need your phone for important calls or business don’t switch the lines to vonage box until it’s ported over. Also the final monthly payment is going to be a little more than $9. More like $20 a month once taxes are added. But overall a good product.

This device is an inexpensive ($10) compared to previous one ($40). I am pleased to see improvements over the last one. It is a simpler design and easy to install.

I had a problem setting up. Vonage Customer Service went above and beyond to solve my problem. .Service is up and running. The service is clear. The plans are inexpensive. Sorry I did not do it sooner.

I still use Vonage for a line for business. I haven't been able to find the box anywhere but here. And the price was the lowest ever.

I bought this adapter to replace one supplied by Vonage that had failed. Although there is only one CAT5/6 line out of this adapter (whereas the Vonage issued adapter had several), this has proven to be a great piece of equipment for me. Can't beat the price and I have noticed no decline in Vonage call quality with it. Set up was a breeze.

This unit updated my grandmother’s older model which got damage while cleaning the home. Perfect updated replacement.

Out if the box and easily set up! Phones were working in less that 5 minutes after opening the box.

Finally Vonage made changes to their equipment. No call drops, voice quality is much better.

My original Vonage adapter was over 10 years old so I decided to get a new one before my old one failed. The process of activating the new adapter is somewhat confusing. Google this unit before you start to connect it to your network. Once Vonage finally recognized the new adapter everything was fine. The unit has worked flawlessly since I connected it. Note that this is just an adapter - not a combination router and adapter like the original Vonage adapters. If you are replacing one of the old router/adapters you will need to replace your router separately.

For a few dollars a month, my wife can call her family in Germany. This telephone adapter was easy to setup, and with a quick call to Vonage, I had it registered. Price is excellent.

This is the smallest, easiest to use modem yet from Vonage. Uses a USB Micro to power and is small enough that you do not even notice it. Roughly the size of an  tv (3rd gen).

This is a good adapter for Vonage. Easy to setup and the size is compact enough to not take up much counter space. Can add 2 vonage numbers to this adapter.

Vonage is the best choice for a landline solution (although it does require broadband internet). Don’t tie yourself to your Internet service provider’s bundled offering; you can continue to use this and keep your number even if you change your Internet provider. Plenty of bonus features, I specifically like the “simulring” feature and the mobile extension app. Voicemail, virtual numbers, international plans, Vonage has it all and the voice quality is superb.

Have been a vonage customer for over a decade, so when our old Vonage telephone adapter stopped working I checked several on-line sites and BestBuy had the best price by far and had it in stock ready for pick-up. Ordered in store pick-up on-line, was in and out of BestBuy within 3 minutes, adapter works perfectly, I am once again in contact with my family, all of which live in England, for a low monthly cost. Excellent product at an amazing price, Thanks Guys.

Needed to upgrade an older vonage device. Much more compact, great design and very easy to set up.

When my Vonage adapter of 7 years stopped working, I checked out my options on the Vonage site, Amazon, and Best Buy. The Vonage site surprisingly has an option that costs 8 times more and yet offers nothing additional. I finally bought this product from Best Buy (same price as Amazon, but available immediately) and the installation was a breeze. My Vonage line now works better than ever.
