It worked okay most of the time, I didn’t really like it at the end

Hands down the worst purchase I've ever made. Within just a few hours of using this humidifier it overheated and continued to over heat. It's complete garbage. It's already back in the box ready to be returned. Buyers beware Vornado is not a good brand.

When it didn’t leak all over of my nightstand it worked well.

Have already exchanged once with the company. Constantly goes to error codes and doesn’t stay on long enough to work.

Read the reviews and was a little nervous but it actually worked great. Wish there was a way to turn off the indicator lights though.

It was very easy to setup. Make sure you clean it every week our water is hard and there was calcium build up

It does what it says but the controls leave a little more to be desired.

Easy to fill, super easy to clean. Great functions warm and cold timer is nice. Small foot print good for night stand. Just wish lights where dimable.

I am very satisfied with this humidifier, I had septoplasty with functional rhinoplasty and that is when my spouse got it for me. It helped me a lot during recovery.

This product works wonders would highly recommend its the best ever.

I was very excited to receive this humidifier from the mail. Assembly was a breeze. We have used this humidifier for a few days. No concerns whatsoever with its functionality. It works like a humidifier should! However, the material used is flimsy. Especially, the EO container that sits right above the Fan. There are three plastic hook things on the cover that attaches to the bottom piece of the container, one of the hooks already broke off after I've refilled the EO twice.

We purchased this because it seemed easy to take care of with no wicks or filters to deal with and had all the features we were looking for. But it has given us nothing but issues. Worked good at first, but after 2 weeks of having it, the only thing it would do was show an error message that it’s overheating. We exchanged it thinking we got a defective one, but within a week of having the new one, it’s doing the same thing again. We have read the instructions thoroughly and cleaned it properly as well as adjusted the settings to see if that’s why it’s shutting off. This humidifier is pointless because it doesn’t stay on for more than 5 minutes before it turns itself off due to “overheating”. We’ve adjusted every setting we can and even took the essential oil pot out thinking it was blocking the airflow and it still says it’s overheating. All in all, this is not worth the money for all the trouble you go through trying to get it to work properly.

1st of allthe customer service has good people. The staff of the company are great, it’s just that this product is defective. It overheats and they don’t have a fix for it. Save yourself the time and effort and get a humidifier that actually works

I bought one and everything was great so went back and got another one and that one didn't work out of the box. I returned that one but the store was out so i ordered two more got them both and one out of the box again didn't work. I then exchanged it and now none of them actually work. I contacted the manufacture ten days ago at this point and have heard nothing back yet. Not impressed and will be looking at a different company when i return all three that i currently have that dont work.
