This fan is so powerful that most of the time you cannot keep it on its highest speed. Perfect if you don't want a big oscillating fan. On the highest setting it can be loud but on the other settings you would almost forget that it is on.

One of the best fan investments I made!! Cools Down a badly ventilated room . Quiet fan when using the first 3 lower levels . However not the noisiest. Definitely will be purchasing another !!!

For the size this thing puts out and moves air great the noise it makes is alittle loude but not that bad considering the amount of air it moves

This 660 model is very quiet (unlike some of their other fans) and has 4 speeds (more than other models). It's still on the small side but puts out a lot of air! I use it winter to move heat and summer to bring in the night air.

While I was hesitant to put $100+ in a fan it has been well worth it! This fan while a tad loud is so powerful and circulates the air so well I've been able to turn down my thermostat by about 5 degrees.

This is my second summer with this fan and it is the best thing i have ever bought. The flow is great and the noise is low. I thought it was a little pricey but it has proven to be worth every penny.

Very powerful air circulator. The 2 lowest settings are great if you are sleeping because they are very quiet. The top 2 settings are good if you need to cool down a room quickly. I usually set it to 4 and then move it to 3 or 2 once it's cooled the room enough

Looking for a fan that was quiet and that had a low setting for over night. This Vornado fan is perfect. Moves the air at night without being distracting--not too breezy or loud.

Bought this to circulate still air in my apartment. My ceiling fans weren’t doing a great job at it. The Vornado is quiet and has 4 speeds . I usually leave it on the lowest seething and it works great

Outstanding peice of equipment here, we use this outside in our gazebo 12x10 drops the heat down atleast 8 degrees if not more only con is with it being so expensive why doesn't it come with a remote

I love the vornado brand. I loved it so much I upgraded from my Vornado 460 to this 660 model which is a bigger version of the small Vornado I had. This thing pushes so much air. I use it to circulate the a/c in my room. This fan is not made for you to point it directly at you as the column of air that comes out of it is pretty strong. The best way to use it is to point it somewhere at the ceiling, usually the opposite corner of the room, and let is circulate the air in the whole room. Once you do that, you can feel the air in the room start to circulate and you will feel a breeze of air from the air moving around in your room.

Solid fan, well built, reliable and a good warranty from a reputable company. Have some cheaper fans that work too, but this has some impressive power. It's more of an "air circulator" in that it moves a lot of air around/through a room, but it works like a fan too if you want direct air. It does not have hardware buttons, so in case of a power outage or when hooked up to a smart plug, this will not turn back on and cannot be programmed to turn on, only off.

Works great and fairly quiet on the low setting which still provides good circulation. I like the way this makes the airflow and the way you can change the angles.

Excellent product! creates strong airflow, even on quieter lower speeds and truly feels like it’s circulating air in every direction.
