Read the reviews and ignored the bad ones. The second day this unit quit connecting on both WiFi and direct modes. One of cameras itself would not audibly reset by holding the pair button like the other one.

This worked great for about 1 week. Now the cameras won’t connect to the home unit and they are unable to be re-paired with it as well. Wish we would have used these immediately after purchase. Now we’re out $150 stuck with non-working garbage.

I wish I could give this a zero stars. I’ve called customer service 2 times now was told to email photos to them of the unit bc it won’t connect to the cameras and I have not received a replacement. Will never buy anything from VTech again. Have had a month and the parent unit won’t connect to either baby units.

Even when the camera and monitor are together it still would say searching for signal. I did not have this hooked up to my internet so that wasn’t the issue. It worked perfectly fine for maybe 2 weeks. I was even able to take the monitor outside and still have a signal.

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the RM5764-2HD. The connectivity issue can be resolved by rebooting the unit. Turn off both the baby and parent units and disconnect the AC power. Wait for 1 minute before re-installing the AC adapters then test the unit again. If this does not help, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511.
