The phone looks great, and the setup couldn't of been easier. There is totally no need for instructions if you just listen to the prompts for everything. Mounted the answering machine in the Kitchen, and put the second handset in the master bedroom on the other side of the house and they work great. Only pitfall is that the range is low. I have a very small house (about 1K sq ft) and with the previous phones we had I could go to the mailbox and back without any interference and they were cheaper phones. These I can barely make it off the porch before the static starts, but overall in the house they work great.

I am glad I upgrade from the other phone I had uniden 2.4 was heavy and display too small. This phone uses a good amount of real estate on it. The buttons make sense was able to open the box program numbers and set time without reading the manual. This is why I am scoring it high. The only thing I didn't like was the second unit is not wall mountable and you can't expand to more handset. But it's minor nothing much still would recommend.

The phone is horrible. I would not recommend this phone to any of my families or friends. I had a higher expectation for Vtech phones compared to Uniden phones, but I think Uniden phones work much better and gives better reception than the Vtech phone...This phone is the worst thing i ever bought. The answering machine system does not work properly and the reception is horrible. This is the last time I buy anything that as Vtech on it. Word to the wise, do not buy this phone it's no good. A waste of money and time.

This phone is the 1st one i have had with 2 headsets. It makes it so much more convinient for me in case i misplace one like i usually do i have another one sitting right there. you can transfer a call to the other headset to you family in other rooms. The only thing im not to thrilled about is that i go on the front portch with my phone and my base is in the back of the house and it gets bad reseption. it shouldnt get that bad of reseption just 15feet away. but overall it is an okay phone for the price.

I have had this product for about a month now, and it has so far worked perfect. The answering machine works great, but takes a little long to really say the message. It has weird little pauses when listening to someone or talking, but its not very noticable. Great display, and has worked perfect so far. Take as far from your house as you like- but probably not more then a little off your property. It deserves 5 stars, especially for the price.

this is an affordable and dependable phone.I have left it out in the rain and abused it .The phone has given me good service.

Good phone, bought it for a Christmas present and it works great. Good sound quality, I would highly recommend it.

this is the worst phone ever, dont waste your money, the receptions is bad the answering machine doest let the caller leave a whole message. big waste of money.

I bought this phone about one month ago and it's great. I can walk all the way around my house with either hand set and it always sounds great. I can go in my backyard and it sounds great. My almost two-year-old can throw around the hand set (not that we want him to) and it sounds great.

I didn't exepct much from a cheap phone, and it worked OK for a while, but after about 6 months the answering machine started savings things all grabled.

The answering machine on this phone died within 9 months of purchase rendering it useless.
