Hate the feel of the phone buttons. They're not easy to push (there's a kind of delay; rather non-responsive). But it's a cheap phone. Wish I had spent more to purchase one that feels better.

i don't ask much of this phone - ring when someone calls; facilitate clear communications; connect me to the number i key in; and not much else. it does those things quick well.

Bought this for my mother who is a senior. Her old phone, she had problems hearing what people were saying. This phone has volume control and its loud and when talking its crystal clear. It's just what she needed and the price you can't beat..

The phone is the right size and has easy to read letters and numbers. It also has good ring tone.

AT THE OFFICE, I HAVE A MAJIC JACK TO TALK WITH A CUSTOMER IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. MY PARTNER ALL THE TIME LEAVES THE PHONE IN ANY PLACE AND MOST OF THE TIMES HE JUST LET IT FALL, SO, EXPENSIVES PHONES WASN'T NECESARY. THIS JUST THE BEST!

love the phone wish it had speaker phone capability. but still a great phone for the price.
