  • Generally poor design--hardware and software

    I bought this phone primarily for the wireless headset and voicemail capacity. The headset is cheap--it is held to earpieces and an over-the-head strap by tiny plastic clips and one of he clips broke after a few weeks. The voicemail system is cumbersome to use in getting to numbers, there are not numbered slots in the system--one has to scroll through from either the top or bottom of the list. With a proper wireless headset or an efficient way to retrieve stored numbers, I might live with this, but with both problems, I will be replacing this soon. I will not be buying other V-Tech products
