This phone has been great. I charged it up for 7 hours, and it has been very reliable. This is DEFINATELY worth the wait I took for the FREE shipping. This also has an option for ringer volume, ring tone, and caller ID. The only akward thing is that the box I got the phone in was put IN my mailbox... HaHa.

We've only had it a couple of months, but all of the features are used and helpful. The speaker phone is helpful with webinars, it has the voice-message light, and it takes up a very small space on my desk.

I have owned Vtech cordless phones in the past and they have met my needs. I have found after two or three years they no longer hold a charge, so I need to find replacements. I'm not willing to give up my land line just yet, but didn't want to spend much money on a cordless phone. This phone fits perfectly. It has all the functions of my last phone that cost $100, but with this phone they actually work. I can't speak for durability since I have owned the phone for a month. So far I'm very pleased.

I have had this phone for about two months. I bought it to replace a phone that I had for 9 years and I looked at prices and reviews. This product seem to be better than most other phones on both qualities. I have not had any problems with this phone. There is no static, the sound is crystal clear. The battery lasts a long time too. My daughter uses the speaker option and talks for hours on it and it nevers dies.

When I saw this phone on-line and the price point I checked it out; I had nothing to lose and I simple handheld portable that I could use at home with my digital phone service. I'm grateful for the purchase -- it does exactly what I expected to and looks and sounds great!

Bought this to replace an older analog cordless phone. Didn't expect much for the price and wasn'r disappointed. Setup was easy and it does back lite, etc., but receiving sound coming back into the handset hisses if any of my electrical equip is on like my PC, surge protector, etc. When all is shut off, the hiss ceases. Once the switch is flipped on the hiss reappears. I bought this to have handy here where my PC is and with this hissing sound the purpose is defeated. I tried all the suggestions in the manual and of course none worked. So it's going back and I'll look for something that doesn't sound like it wants to bite me if any of my devises or equipt are on. Too bad. Other than the hissing, I'd probably keep this phone.

It is nice device with every thing ready in good price.

Zero complaints. Very clear sound, no range problems, long battery life, distinct ringer options, pleasing appearance.

I have the phone for about 2 months. It's inexpensive, yet the sound is clear, and as yet, it's flawless.

I didn't have any problem with installation, very easy config. Good quality of the sound, good.

Needed a phone in the basement - liked VTECH and was happy that I could just pick up an extra handset and get the same quality sound.

Sound quality and features are just what we were looking for to replace some old phones. We like the intercom feature too.

battery talk long and call id is big thing say frist name not last name that I like in phone bying for home not for office

Vtech Sucks the battery Died after three months. This is a problem with Vtech phones have two other friends have different model all purchased in late 2011 and all had the same problem. Battery goes time is very short. Vtech support won't replace the phone even with thou it was only 3 months old. all they would do is give me a 15% discount on there webstore on a new Vtech phone. the same Vtech phone I paid $39.99 at Best Buys is $59.99 on there web store. replaced it with Uniden works great.

DOnt buy this phone. It's cheap, that's why it's not good. Sometimes it's not true about the price and the quality. Like the previous review, he/she was right about it. I had the same problem. I have 3 phones and a router at home. The other phones are Panasonic, working good with the rounter. No static sound. I just bouth this Vtech phone yesterday. It has static sound...xxxxxxx......horrible, cannot make a conversation on phone. DO NOT BUY IT. Trust me. Unless you dont have any internet device at home, you can buy it. Cheap.

Phone worked fine for the first 4 days and quietly died. It won't charge no more. Don't waster money on this

I brought my phone and three days later the phone stop working call the phone tech I though it were a wiring problem. N wiring problem it's the phone we plug in a diffrence phone it work plug the new phone back in did not work bad phone buy at your own risk maybe it will work maybe it want sometime cheap is good sometime cheap is bad . Bad experince for me I will not buy this phone again. Good Luck.
