I really like this product. On VTech's website, I gave the features a 2 because the product info on their website states 100 entries on phonebook directory. When you enter all the data it is only 50 phonebook entries. The telephone tells you log is full. The website also states 50 caller-id log. That's the only way you are going to get 100 entries - in 2 different locations. That should be made clearer on VTech's website. That's really why I purchased this item for that particular feature. No one else came close except for Uniden w/70 entries.

Overall a very good phone. Wante dto have the ability of 4 phones under one machine and this fell into the category. Works well, everything can be done through the handset...which can be nice...and at times not so nice. Overall the range has been good, but will know more on the range during the summer months. The wall mount is ok, not the best...otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

We were replacing another cordless set which we had had for years. This one surpasses all of our expectations! I can think of nothing to criticize about this phone system.
