The battery in the handset was dead. We had to wait 4-5 weeks for the get another battery shipped from the manufacturer instead of getting one from store stock. Not cool.

It will store phone numbers but no easy way to speed dial them. It didn't come with any of the features I assumed it would have...would not have bought this phone if I did my homework!
