    We got this monitor for our new born. We tried it out, and at day 40 it stopped connecting! The montior kept saying it qas unable to connect to the camera. I tried s soft reset, then a hard reset, then factory default...and sitll nothing. Luckily i purchased geek squad protection. However bestbuy did not prorate my cost and only gave me back the cost of the camera. I really liked the quality, but this happened...not sure if i want to try it again.

If your connectivity trouble continues, please contact customer support at 1.800.595.9511 or by email at [email protected] with a picture of the system settings screen from your parent unit so we can help to troubleshoot and get this resolved for you quickly. (Menu/Select > Zoom key > Product info & support) If the product is deemed faulty, we can arrange a warranty replacement right away.

    The camera works very well, I can be calm when my baby sleeps because it alerts me of any movement when he is asleep

    Does not stay connected

    We have had this monitor for only a few months and we can not get it to work anymore, it will not stay connected with the camera. It worked fine for about a month and we really liked it but it wasn’t very long until it started disconnecting from the camera in the middle of the night. We would have to unplug the camera and plug it back in and then it would work again but now we can’t get it to connect to the camera at all anymore. Very frustrating and I would not recommend this monitor and camera. I have reached out to the vtech-support twice now and still have not heard anything back.

    Connection Issues

    Had the monitor for two years and now it’s constantly losing connection. Cant replace it it bece the warranty is up.

    We bought the monitor for our nursery. We had previously looked at other stores for the same monitor and Best Buy had the best deal on the product. It arrived 2 days ahead of the scheduled delivery date which was amazing. I’m really happy with the purchase !

    Don't buy any product from vTech I return 4 products and none of them work battery issues screen issues literally they're bad with technology I'm not gonna buy nothing from them no more

    The monitor wont connect to the camera after a couple months of use
