I’m going to start off by stating that I’m a huge Best Buy fan. However, I was No Call No showed 3 times before the installation happened. In the past my experience with Geek Squad was always great. However now that Best Buy has shifted away from Geek Squad doing most of their installs, third part installers on now doing the job. I’ve noticed that the 3rd part installers are either hit or miss and unfortunately not on par with Geek Squad installations. I would normally give it a 5 star rating but unfortunately because of what we experienced it’s a three. We are happy with the final outcome and Best Buy did as always a great job with service recovery.

Very attractive and functional. Lights are well placed . Installation was complicated by a soffet below our ceiling that can’t be removed. Due to the way the vent tube was designed, we had to have both pieces of the tube cut with a laser, which was expensive and delayed installation. Would be nice if they could design this so that shorter installations are less complicated

My installer was a Real subject matter expert and did one of the best jobs with my rangehood install. My builder didn’t provide me a proper outlet for rangehood power however Best Buy installers arranged it and hide it well behind the hood. I really appreciate him and his professionalism. Not to be trusted They arrived and finished moving and installing my refrigerator and my hood stove. Hoods still doesn't have a host pipe and no cover on it.They promised to return, they claimed. I have 3 tickets open for this appointment as of today, but there has been no answer. We have bought five home appliances. New Refrigerator installation took five days. They have feeble justifications. They said we are merely being delivered and a different staff will be sent out for installation. I'm still awaiting a response from them. I visited Best Buy three times and was given this number. "8003041259.", but it has been about 17 days since we never heard anything.

Unit was visibly damaged. Installation is not correct - vent cover does not reach the ceiling as it should. This was the second unit and second installation and both efforts were unsatisfactory. I will need to pay my contractor to try to remediate it.

I didn't want to spend too much money on a vent hood. We decided to try Best Buy rather than a home improvement store. Chose this one with the help of a BB associate. The vent hood is simple, but looks and fits great! The install was quick and the tech guy was nice and professional.

Beautiful vent hood for our newly remodeled kitchen. It works as expected. The Best Buy installation team was awesome. This is my second appliance purchase from Best Buy, and I am really happy with their products and services.

BB broke a section of our new marble countertops.

BB broke our newly installed countertops--they struck an edge with the stove that we purchased. Now, because I cannot find a slab that matches what they broke we're going to have to purchase either 2 slabs (to replace the countertops, sink, and backsplash) or 6 slabs (and replace the island as well). Their insurance company appears to be absolutely useless thus far.

Juan and Victor did a great job installing my new 48” Zline wall mounted range hood with Bluetooth. They were on time, professional, and kept me informed as to their progress in what turned out to be a complicated install. Kitchen remodel still not completed yet, still need some tile and cabinet work. Would welcome them back for other jobs.

The install was good but there are scratches on the hood and they left the film on the hood and we can’t get it off. Would not recommend!

They never showed to do the installation. Got laughed at on the phone by the geek squad staff member when they canceled on us a second time. Took multiple days off and ended up installing the range hood and oven myself after purchasing an appliance dolly at harbor freight.
