Watchdogs: Legion is a highly enjoyable game! I had been eyeing it for a while, and was thrilled to be able to pick it up during this year's Black Friday sale. At first, I was a bit concerned because I haven't played either of the previous installments of Watchdogs. However, the way the developers created Legion enables it to stand strong on its own with no need to play the other games first. With endless replay ability, I have a feeling this will be a permanent favorite of mine.

Runs well on the PS5 I got after buying the game though doing the free upgrade isn't very straight forward. For those buying for the base PS4 I will say there is a lot of screen tearing, but otherwise it's still fun to play and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
If you liked watch dogs 2 this game should also be enjoyable. If you wish for the story tone of the first game to return you will be disappointed. I honestly preferred the tone of the first game, but this game is good and funny to play so I also like what it brings to the table.

It was a pretty good game. The be anyone mechanic could have used some work as there was very little incentive to use more than 1 or 2 of the people. I ended up using people more for the better voice acting than for their perks. Basically everything in the game can be done with a spiderbot and every character gets them. Regardless it was a pretty solid game and definitely worth playing. Especially so if you are a watch dogs fan. Took about 25ish hours to beat with a pretty decent amount of exploring and taking my time.

I haven't played to previous Watch Dogs games but I've completed few Assassins Creed releases that are Ubisoft too and if you like big maps with lot of missions that's not just shooting, you may like this game.
I've just played for like 10-15 hours and still lot to cover, but so far I like it. It's not fast paced shooter, but you need to recruit people with specific talents that will help on specific missions, so it's kinda puzzle/strategy where you can go gun-blazing or stealth... Open world so you can go wherever you want and do side missions on the way.
Overall, I'm really enjoying this game

This is definitely a stealth oriented game that requires patience and planning. Combat is usually not an effective approach to many situations.
The ability to recruit almost anyone in London to help you is an unusual option that challenges the player to decide which personnel skills will help you advance in the game.
Not recommended for players who like first person shooters or other run-and-gun games. Good for players who like games requiring stealth and indirect lines of attack.

I'm really not sure why this game hasn't gotten better reviews because it is a really good game with a lot of content. Seriously they made Future London a neat place to explore. While missions can be similar you can approach them in completely different ways.
So even if people thought it wasn't worth it at full price it is now you get dozens of hours of gameplay for like $30 which is an insane value!

I liked this game. Not the best, but I’m less fun. You can really recruit anyone, and there’s lots of customization. It’s cool how you can use everyone’s skills for different situations. I recruited a construction worker and flew around the city on a drone like the green goblin. Radio stations have bad music. Free upgrade on PS5 gives you great textures and frame rate.

Blackout hack, traffic light hack, hacking texts/calls of npc's and the texts/calls leading to random moments like a guy smashing someone's car, ambulance coming to help npc's, more interiors, npc's report crimes, calling the police on npc's, hiding in cars, hacking steam pipes, the phone menu with apps like Cars on Demand, Camera, Nudle Maps, and Media Player, lastly, fires going out right away.

The core mechanics of WD Legion are so fun! You can play the entire game for the most part in stealth. I'm on a ps4 pro! Honestly, the performance suffers and there needs to be a lot more polish. The rendering is awful and the pop ins look like last gen. We're 7 years into current gen and games should be looking their best. It appears Ubisoft sherked current gen and is relying on ps5 and series x to boost the games performance. Luckily for me, the gameplay is spot on.

Super fun and delivers what it was advertised and more! The story is better than expected and the ability to use any NPC was a different and welcome experience.

Good overall. Builds on the successes of Watchdogs 2. Refreshing to be in a European setting with many small details like the cars driver seat being on the other side and the roads flipped. Good concepts with being able to use any npc you come across but not having that personalized created character takes away from the immersion for me. Game play is solid as well with mobility, hacking, stealth, skill trees, customization gives you plenty to do

Wonderful gameplay mechanics that allow casual gamers to step in and not feel overwhelmed. It has a lot of story to work through however it lacks replay value. There is no new game plus or any sort of reason to play through again once you beat it besides juts playing in a different style or difficulty level.
Looks great and has no crash issues, smooth and lots of fun just missing that reason to keep playing once you win....

I owned the other versions of this game so I knew what to expect. The variety of side missions is better than the past and the ability to choose different characters with various unique abilities based on your mission is a plus. It's based in the U.K. so you have to use to driving on the left side of the road and their dialect. Some missions can get repetitive at times but all and all it's a pretty good game
