I bought this for a ROG Ally. It works great. Gets same read/writes as original WD PCIE 4.0 drive. Fast and runs cool. Was hard to find over the holidays but Best Buy always had them in stock. Windows 11 cloning/ manager won't allow the adjustment of C: drive size if the restore partitions are adjacent to the C: partitions. Best Buy has cloning software too, fortunately. I clones the software using a free cloner and it turned the 2TB into a 0.5TB drive. I thought I could just use Windows drive management to enlarge the drive, but the old drive has the C: partition between two other Windows partitions that prevented size changing. I did customize the partition sizes but the smaller partitions weren't recognized, preventing the C: not to boot. Hence the cloning software.

Guys this works great. A must have with a lot of storage.

I am not messing around with the SD cared and the Ally issues so this was a must have. Really easy to install and have enough space for plenty of games and it runs very smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

Small and fast but a bit expensive right now. Works great for steam deck LCD, no issues. Windows boot almost instantly with this drive.

works great so far…the installation was easy but re-installing windows on the rog cab get a little frustating because it takes sevral trys but other then that love having the extra space n improved speeds

Great card for portable devices. ROG Ally is fantastic with 2tb. Will need a heat sink on this it runs crazy fast and very hot

Works perfectly for Steam Deck or the ROG Ally. Fast and plenty of storage for a bunch of games. Easy to install, just look up some videos on YouTube.

Bought this to quadruple the built in storage for the new OLED Steam Deck. Easy to install and very fast read and write speeds.

This item works perfectly fine in my rog flow z13 acrnm and has a noticable amount of improvement in the speed

I love that it was user-friendly. My husband switched out the ssd's on our rog ally very quickly. Definitely recommend for having more space on your handheld pc. It plays just like it did before we swapped the ssd. Just now I can fit a ton more games. I definitely recommend sticking with this product over amazon as they won't give up or fry your system. It's better to pay more for a good product than to cheap out and regret it.

price was higher than I expected but the performance was very good and it was a breeze to install in my ally.

Perfect Install for my OLED Steam Deck. Fast and doing awesome so far! Easy to install. Amazing that we have so much storage now on such a small chip with blazing speed. I will be posting an install video on my Youtube channel using this product. It took less than 5 minutes to make the swap and configure the drive. Shout out to Best Buy for the killer sale! :)

Very helpful for upgrading my memory on my surface pro laptop. Installed very easy and I have had no issues. I highly recommend this product to people looking to get the most out of their surface pro. The staff at BestBuy was very helpful at the store. The Geek Squad is a very good resource for the store. If I ever have any questions, I will ask them in the future.

Bought it for the Steam Deck. I now have 2TB internally and 1TB on a micro SD card. I've purchased many WD Black products so I trust this will serve during the life of the Steam Deck and maybe the next system. I've already switched it from an OG Deck to the OLED without needing to reformat and everything works perfectly.

This SSD was very easy to install in my Steamdeck. The fact that the Steamdeck was still not working is not this SSD's fault. If any of you know how to fix steamdeck not turning on a screen please let me know.

Recently purchased a used SteamDeck that had little memory in it. Looked up this item and caught it on sale at Bestbuy. Took it home and intsalled it with no issues. Currently running perfectly fine in my SteamDeck. I would purchase thos item again if needed.
