I bought this to replace a 970Evo NVMe. Installed it in the main m.2 slot on an MSI x570 mobo with a built in heatsink and fan (combined with the chipset). Read and write speeds are as advertised. So far very satisfied, hopefully it doesn't die on me like the samsung did.

Solid SSD for the price. I have zero complaints x if you need 2 more Tabs of quick storage it’s a great bang for the buck.

Very good SSD. I bought a 4TB for my other computer and loved it, so when my son needed a new SSD i told him to get the WD brand. He bought this one and now his computer runs faster and smoother and he loves it. If your looking for a new SSD and highly recommend this one

Really my first foray into the M.2 as I previously only used 2.5 SSD before. I can definitely tell a difference in game load times. Glad I made the switch. *The M.2 is hidden under the Motherboard heatsink; BBY wants a photo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯*

As expected, it performs wonderfully! Inhad the previous generation of WD M.2 SSD, and loved it, but needed more storage space so i upgraded storage and speed.

Its a wd_black ssd lots of space. Using it for video photos and soundboard and yt clips. And a kingston fury ssd for games. Would recommend a thousand times yes.
